Cancellation Policy

Please Note: This Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time at Virginia City RV Park's sole discretion. 

CAMPSITE RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Payment in full is due at the time of reservation for all short-term stays. A short-term stay is deemed to be any reservation less than 28-days per visit.
  • All reservations must be cancelled more 7-days before scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 7-days of your scheduled arrival date are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7-days of your scheduled arrival date. Changes within the cancellation period are treated as cancellations and re-booking and cancellation fees will apply. Campsite reservations are non-transferable.
  • Refusal to vacate by your scheduled checkout date and time may be deemed trespassing and can be reported to the local authorities based on Virginia City RV Park management discretion.
  • Short-term reservations, all utilities are included in the daily rate.
  • Upon signing these Terms & Conditions I agree to be billed by Virginia City RV Park for the full committed amount of my reservation (day of reservation for short-term reservations, monthly invoice for long-term reservations).
  • Short-term reservation campsites can accommodate one rig and one vehicle only. Additional vehicles including cars, trucks, recreational vehicles and trailers will need to be parked in the overflow parking area based on availability at a rate of $10 per night per vehicle (a maximum limit of 2-additional vehicles per campsite). Virginia City RV Park management will provide a parking slip to be placed in the parked vehicle's window. Vehicles parked in the overflow parking without parking slips may be towed at its owner's expense.
  • Maximum reservation length is 90-days. If you wish to extend your stay beyond 90-days, you must notify Virginia City RV Park management 30-days before your scheduled checkout date, and a new reservation will be created for you. At that time, you must re-agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.
  • Extensions requested within 30-days of your scheduled checkout date are granted based on availability.
  • Camping is an outdoor experience and refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature.
  • Reservations not checked in by 11am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.
  • Cancellations are not accepted via text, phone, or email.  Please cancel or modify your reservation directly from your confirmation email sent at time of booking. 
  • All rates, specials, terms and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • While we guarantee you site type and amenities, your site number is subject to change based on Virginia City RV Park’s management discretion, unless a Site Lock Fee is paid in full at time of booking.

CABIN/LODGE RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cabin and lodge reservations are for long-term reservations only. Long-term reservations are for stays longer than 28-days.
  • At time of reservation, a $50 eclectic deposit and first month payment will be collected.
  • Maximum reservation length is 90-days. If you wish to extend your stay beyond 90-days, you must notify Virginia City RV Park management 30-days before your scheduled checkout date, and a new reservation will be created for you. At that time, you must re-agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.
  • Extensions requested within 30-days of your scheduled checkout date are granted based on availability.
  • Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call (775) 847-0999.
  • Long-term reservations will also be responsible for their electrical usage. Virginia City RV Park staff will read the electrical meters and apply the prior month's electrical charge to your next monthly invoice.
  • Refunds and credits are not given due to the discomforts of nature.
  • Upon signing these Terms & Conditions I agree to be billed by Virginia City RV Park for the full committed amount of my reservation (monthly invoice for long-term reservations).
  • Refusal to vacate by your scheduled checkout date and time may be deemed trespassing and can be reported to the local authorities based on Virginia City RV Park management discretion.
