Terms of Service

We welcome 55+ Active Adults with a variety of RVs; Class A, , B+.B or Class C, Motor homes, Travel Trailers and Fifth Wheels. RVs must be 10 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management) and 20’ or longer. Pop Outs of any kind are not admitted into this park.  The RV must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. There are some exceptions that are at the discretion of management during the “off season”.

OFFICE ASSIGNS SITES.  ALL SITES ARE FOR SALE,  YOU MAY BE ASKED TO MOVE DURING YOUR STAY. SITE NUMBERS ARE NOT GUANANTEED AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.  

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release the Resort its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his or her person arising out of his or her use of its Resort facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Resort, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of their use of the Resort facilities.

Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. Stays of more than one month require a deposit of $500. Stays inclusive of one day up to one month are payable in full at the time of reservation. Total balance for the reservation term is due upon check- in. All rates are based on occupancy by two people. Fee for each additional person is $10/day,$150/month plus tax. All visitors must be registered. We gladly accept payment by Credit Card for daily or weekly rent, and for reservation deposits. Reservation balances must be paid in U.S. Dollars by Debit Card, check, travelers check or money order.

Electric will be billed monthly by the resort. Additionally, there is a $10 per month service fee for electricity. Electric Rates are subject to change without notice. Final utility bills are due upon departure.

To help insure that your stay is safe and comfortable, we ask that you comply with our Resort Rules.  We will issue you a copy at check-in.

Refunds for all site reservations will be issued only if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the scheduled time of arrival. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date will be issued a letter of credit, less the administrative fee of $50, available on account for two years.  Reservations will not be modified within 30 days of arrival date.  NO REFUNDS will be issued on daily rates, weekly rates or peak season stays that incorporate the month of February.  There will be no refunds on annual rents or seasonal specials or early departures.  Once the cancellation has been made and the RV removed from the site, the site reverts back to the Resort.
