Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

2+ Weeks:  Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

1-2 Weeks:  50% of reservation refunded and 50% of reservation forfeited

Less than 1 Week:  Full reservation forfeited

For all reservations made on April 1 2024 through April 9 2024 there is a no cancellation policy.  Due to the nature of the event, no cancellation credit or refunds will be given.
