RV Reservations:

All rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.  Total rent for the entire reservation term is due upon your first date of reservation.  All rates are based on a maximum of two persons.  All guests must be registered with the Registration office.  We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  Rent must be paid in U.S. Dollars by check, travelers check, money order or credit card.  Stays of three months or longer require a deposit of $ 600.00.  For stays of one month, a deposit of $ 200.00 is required.  For stays of one week, a $ 35.00 is required.  Stays for less than one week require a deposit equal to 50% of the reservation value.  We will do our best to hold the site specified in your confirmation letter, however we cannot guarantee that a site change will be made.

We are a 55+ Mobile Home and RV Park. We accept a variety of Class A or Class C Recreational Vehicles (RV’s), Motor Homes, Travel Trailers or Fifth Wheels.  RV’s must be at least 26’ minimum and 38’ maximum.  We have back in and pull through sites.  The vehicle must be fully self- contained, well  kept and in good condition. We reserve the right to deny entrance to any RV’s that do not conform to park specifications.

All Guests:

Please be courteous and respectful towards the park facilities, staff and other guests, as the Park is not responsible for any damages or accidents incurred by guests or while using our facilities.

Pets are allowed but the park does not allow Pitbull, Rottweiller, Doberman, Wolf hybrids or any aggressive breeds.  Pets must be on 6’ leash outside of the RV except in the Dog Park.

No ATV’s, car trailers or Utility trailers are allowed on your site.  No parking on the streets.  There is designated parking areas.

RV Policies

Check In / Check Out

Check in at 2 PM Pacific Time and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check in.  Early check in is not permitted.  The guest who paid for the site the night before you has paid for their site until noon. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early.  If you will arrive in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon.  We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early.  Check out time is 12 PM.

Late check –ins are allowed at any time.  Please just contact the Park for instructions.

If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed.  Please contact park for more details.

Open Fires

Open fires are not allowed In our park.  Charcoal BBQ’s are not allowed in our park.

Parking

Please do not park your vehicle,  towing trailer or cargo trailer on an adjacent site.  Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.

Storage

Storage is not allowed under or around your RV.  We don’t allow antennae’s  to be attached to park property.  Clothes are not allowed to be hung on the park fencing.

Site and Park Navigation

Please be respectful of your neighbor.  Do not walk between sites when navigating the park.  Please use main roads, sidewalks and designated public paths to walk around the park.

Pet Policies:  Common Areas; Pool/Spas, Clubhouse, Main Yard and Laundry/Restroom Facilities

Pets are not allowed in the Common Areas.  County Code does not allow pets in the buildings or pool/spas area.  Please do not tie your pets up to our trees, doors or posts.  Please do not tie them up to your RV or our services.

Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area or the Dog Park and clean up after your pet always.  Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ site please.  Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Pets may not be left unattended in our park.  Leaving your pet unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.  No excessive  barking will be allowed.  You may be asked to leave if this occurs.

Vehicle Policies

Speed limit

The park speed limit is 10mph.  This policy is to keep you and your pets safe.  Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.  Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave.  Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

Parking

Each paid guest covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site if there is sufficient room.  Extra vehicles will need to park in our designated parking areas.  RVs are not allowed to park in the roadway.  Do not park on sites that you didn’t register for.  The laundries have limited parking spaces.  Golf Carts may take up one parking space.

General Park Policies

Visitors

All visitors must register in the park office. Visitors may park in the designated parking areas.

Laundry

The laundry room is open 24/7.  Change and Vending available.  Please do not leave your laundry unattended.  We are not responsible for accidents or theft.  Please do not use Canadian quarters, they jam the machines.

Pool/Spa  and Clubhouse

No lifeguard is on duty.  Pool hours 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM

 Horseplay, running, jumping or diving is not allowed.  Alcohol and food are not permitted in the pool/spa areas.  Loud music is not allowed.  Failure to follow our rules result in you being asked to leave with a refund.  Only swimwear allowed.  We have designated children’s hour form 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the spa areas.  All children must be accompanied by an adult and registered/resident.  All guests must be registered in the office.

Quiet Time Policies

Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM.  Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

Children

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Riding bicycles without a parent on park roads is prohibited.

Racing bicycles is not allowed.  Children may not be allowed to wander around the park unattended.

Drones

Drones are not permitted in our park.  Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.  The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers smoke bombs, aerials and firecrackers.  The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB and pellet guns.  If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
