You may receive a credit toward another stay (no expiration)  No cancellation due to rain.  No credit and no refund occurs within 7 days of arrival and once your reservation has already started, for any reason whatsoever!  NO REFUNDS FOR THE BEARLY CAMPING LODGE, WHATSOEVER.
