Liability Release 

This agreement releases Warthen RV Park from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during any and all activities. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Warthen RV Park entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in activities offered by Warthen RV Park. These include but are not limited to injuries, damage to property, damage to equipment, or possible death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in these activities.

I will not hold Warthen RV Park responsible for any health issues, including COVID 19, that may occur while visiting the campground.

I hereby grant Warthen RV park permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

By signing below I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Warthen RV Park for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed before acceptong the terms. I fully understand and agree to the above terms and conditions for myself, all members and minors included in my party.
