Cancellation Policy:

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. 

Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive NO refund. 

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. 

No refunds for early checkout. 

Necessary & unplanned changes in travel plans due to; road closures, road conditions, ferry schedule disruptions, weather, travel related advisements, Covid-19  or other illnesses are NOT valid reasons for late cancellations resulting in refunds.
