Terms of Service

Check-Out Time: 11am (All departures after 11am will be charged a Late Departure Fee of $25.00)

  •  This is applicable for all Accommodations & Campsites.
  •  We have clean-up staff in place for 11am, all late departures after 11am will be charged an additional $25.00 fee to the card on file.

Check-In Time: 3:00pm (Accommodations)

  • This is applicable for Domes, Rustic cabins, Bell Tents, Jacob Boy & Glamping cabins. To enquire about an early Check-In, please contact the office. 

Check-In Time: 1:00pm (Campsites)

  • This is applicable for all RV & Tent Campsites.  To enquire about an early Check-In, please contact the office.

At West River Camping we want all our guests to enjoy their vacation, escape or private oasis they are looking for.  Therefore we ask that you DO NOT ENTER any sites, cabins, domes, hot tubs that are not your rentals.  

Speed Limit:  5Km\h

  • There are children playing in the campground please drive with caution and DO NOT EXCEED 5kmh 
  • Travel to the right only - One Way Loop 

Quiet Time:  11pm to 7am

  • Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am 
  • No loud music/voices or generators are permitted during this time
  • Absolutely NO fireworks are permitted in or around the campground at any given time.
  • All visitors are required to check-in at the office, pay a visitors fee and must leave by 10pm
  • Please notify the office or call 506-887-2267 with any issues happening at the time. 

Campsites:

  •  One Vehicle - One tent/unit per campsite 
  •  All visitors must register at office, pay $5 per vistor fee, park vehicle in designated area  and leave by 10pm
  •  Do not park on grass, we are working hard to grow it.
  •  Please respect the trees, shrubs, driftwood or unique additions through out our park.
  •  Upon leaving your campsite ensure the area is clean, no garbage or personal belonging are to be left on the campsite. 
  •  Please notify the office of any damage that occurred during your stay.
  •  Any repair costs will be charged to the guests credit card on file for any damages done to the campsite or accommodations.

Campfires: Do Not Move Fire Pits ($50 charge to reservation guest)

  • Firewood can be purchased at the office.
  • Instruction is given upon the daily GNB fire posting
  • Do not place food or garbage in the fire pits
  • Upon leaving be sure there is no trash left in the fire pit 

Alcohol and Cannabis 

  • Alcohol and Cannabis consumption are permitted only on the occupants’ campsite and prohibited in all common areas

Washrooms:

  • The public washrooms with showers are located at the center of the park
  • Please help us maintain the cleanliness of our public washrooms 
  • Please do not use your campsite or surrounding wooded areas as a bathroom facility 
  • If any of our bathrooms are found dirty or not working properly, please lock the door & notify the office.

Garbage and Recycling: 

  • Garbage can be placed in the dumpster that is located at the entrance of the campground
  • Recyclables can be place next to the dumpster, next to the firewood shed located at the back of the campground, or next to the woodshed at the office

Pets:  We are a pet friendly campground in our sites(Max 2), Rustic Cabins, Glamping Cabin & Jacob Boy(Max 1 w/charge) however our 2 Domes,  & Bell Tents are NOT Pet friendly.

  • All pets must be kept on a leash at all time, no matter the size or breed.
  • Do not allow your dog to constantly bark.
  • Owner must clean up after their pet, this includes on & off your campsite.
  • Do not leave pets unattended on campsites or in accommodations for any given time period.
  • Our domes & bell tents are NOT pet friendly.  If guest arrives with a pet, their accommodations will be cancelled and there will be absolutely no refund.  If a pet is found in these rentals, there will be a damage fee of your full accommodations charged!

Important Note:

  • Management of West River Camping, reserves the right to remove or have removed; any and all guests that do not follow the above rules & regulations.  There will be NO refunds given to guests that are requested or choose to leave prior to their stay ending.
