All cancellations are processed on line by the guest.

RVs:

14 days prior to scheduled arrival: Refund minus $15 processing fee.

13 days to 6 days prior to scheduled arrival: Refund minus one night's stay.

5 or fewer days prior to scheduled arrival: No refund.

CABINS AND COTTAGE:

14 days prior to scheduled arrival: Refund minus $35 processing fee.

13 days to 6 days prior to scheduled arrival: Refund minus one night's stay.

5 or fewer days prior to scheduled arrival: No refund.
