Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Refunds:

Our cancellation and refund policy is based on the timing of your cancellation notice prior to your reservation start date.

Daily/Weekly

• More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: Full Refund
• Less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: Refund minus $30 Cancellation Fee
• No refunds, credit, or prorating for early departures under any circumstances

Monthly/Long Term

·      Cancellation of any length of stay that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund

·      Cancellation of any length of stay that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive refund

There are No Refunds whatsoever outside of our cancellation policy.

How do I cancel your reservation?

(1) Open your reservation within Campspot

(2) You will see an option to “Cancel Online”

(3) Follow the step-by-step instructions to confirm your cancellation.
