Check-in online before setting up your site.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:
Check-in is 1 PM ET; Check-out is 11 AM ET.
If the Renter would like an extended check-out, or wishes to arrive earlier, please contact the office to discuss availability. There are no refunds for early checkout.
The full cost must be paid at the time of making a reservation.
All rates are based upon six-person occupancy. Up to six people may occupy each site overnight and two vehicle’s per site. Additional guests are $5.00 per day per person. Extra vehicles may be asked to park in the parking lot depending on space and campground capacity.
All vehicles and camping equipment must have valid license tags and insurance.
Management reserves the right to have any vehicle and/or guest that is not recognized removed from the campground.
Visitors must be 18 years or older to register as campers.
SITES:
RV sites are not guaranteed as to actual location unless locked site is purchased. Camp sites can be changed depending upon availability. Please keep our campsites tidy at all times. An airtight sewer connection is required. Do not drain gray water on the ground. No clotheslines or washtubs on the sites. Please cleanup your site before departing, if you do not we will be forced to charge you for cleanup.
No tents allowed! Canopy’s, Rain Covers and pavilion style canopies must be kept on concrete only.
TEMPORARY EQUIPMENT:
Temporary equipment, such as awnings and tent screens, are permitted. Pet pens/gates are permitted and must be under 2 feet tall, temporarily installed, and pet owners must be present when pets are enclosed. Permanent equipment, such as patios, are not permitted.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
Alcohol is permitted at the campground. Excessive alcohol and/or disorderly conduct is prohibited. Management reserves the right to enforce eviction of camper(s) who violate this policy.
Drugs are not permitted at the campground. Any drug usage, or suspicion of such usage, will not be tolerated, and will result in enforcing the Renter to vacate the property.
FIREARMS & FIREWORKS:
Fireworks are prohibited at the campground.
Firearms are prohibited at the campground except for those Renters who have a TN issued Concealed Weapons Permit. In this case, the Renter should always keep firearm in locked vehicle.
ATVS, GOLF CARTS, MOTORCYCLES:
Golf carts and motorcycles are permitted on the premise in areas that vehicles are also permitted. Any oil leakage and stains to any surface will be cleaned by the owner or cleaning fee will be added to reservation.
CAMP FIRES:
Each site is equipped with a fire pit. Please use responsibly by not leaving fires unattended and extinguish fires once you are done. If you bring firewood into the campground, the wood’s origin must be from the state of Tennessee. We have a honor system $5 bundles and it is a cash box system. There are multiple places to purchase firewood in the area. Campers may collect dead and down wood found in the campground.
LAUNDRY/BATHROOMS: Please keep bathroom and laundry clean. We ask that you leave it as you found it. We ask that there only be one person in bathroom at a time, cleanup after your use of bathroom/shower. Please keep washers and dryer clean. Remove your lint from dryer. If you see any issues please alert management asap or after hours number on office door. Bathrooms are not for washing clothing, sheets, kitchen items or BBQ items, please wash items in your RV not the bathrooms.
CANCELLATION:
If the Renter’s reservation needs to be cancelled, please cancel 14 days prior to check-in date to receive a 90% refund. If the Renter’s reservation is cancelled between the 14 day period and your check-in date, you will receive a no refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. We do not provide refunds for poor weather conditions or any Force majeure.
Refunds take 3-7 days to process. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
EARLY TERMINATION OF RESERVATION:
Once the Renter arrives at Whitewater RV Park, the Renter is checked in. Cancellation or early termination of the site breaches contract and will not result in a refund of any amount. There is no refund for early termination (ie: staying one week from a month stay).
CHILDREN: Guests under the age of 8 should be always accompanied by an adult.
BATHROOM SINKS/SHOWERS: Please do not wash dishes in bathroom sinks. Bathrooms are not for washing clothing, sheets, kitchen items or BBQ items, please wash items in your RV not the bathrooms.
PETS:
We welcome your pets (2 per site max) and ask that you please follow respectful pet etiquette: non-aggressive behavior, leashed in all areas at all times, supervised when outside (on a lead, in a pet gate enclosure, etc), picked up after using the bathroom, and courteous of other animals and noise levels. Pet pens/gates are permitted and must be under 2 feet tall, temporarily installed. If the enclosure is not a standard pet gate, material must be approved by management before assembly. These pet policies are to protect your pets and other campers and their pets.
QUIET TIME: 10 PM – 8 AM. All children under age 18 should be at their campsite by 10 PM.
During this time, any loud music or bothersome activity that creates excessive noise is strictly prohibited. Please do not impose on other guests and be mindful of noises such as music, loud discussions, pets, etc. Management reserves the right to ask guests to decrease noise levels, and if necessary, ask loud guests to leave the campground.
SPEED LIMIT: Please follow the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground to ensure safety of all guests.
TRASH:
Dumpster is located by bathhouse for your garbage disposal. Please discard pet waste in the designated pet trash bins. Please do not put your trash in restrooms/laundry area. No Diapers in any trash cans please put in dumpster.
WASHING EQUIPMENT:
Washing camping equipment on sites is not permitted. If a Renter needs to wash a rig or perform severe maintenance, please contact management.
WINTER CAMPING * NOV 1 - APR 31:
When temperatures reach freezing, guests must use a heated water hose. If the guest does not have a heated water hose. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to Whitewater RV Park property & equipment and the guests' property & equipment resulting from frozen water conditions.
WILDLIFE:
Be aware of wildlife such as bears, coyotes, deer, raccoons, etc. They are not tame! Do not feed them or leave food and trash out on site.
RENTER TERMS: Whitewater RV Park includes all owners, employees, successors and insurers of Whitewater RV Park. The Renter includes you and anyone else in your vacation party including friends, relatives, spouses, significant others, any minor children, and any other occupants under your custody, care, and control, regardless of age or the amount of time you are anyone else occupies. This reservation is not a permanent lease agreement, residency is not formed by this reservation, this is a site daily rental agreement and not a residency agreement.
DAMAGE & THEFT:
The Renter agrees to pay for damage or theft caused by the Renter or the Renter’s party or guest members. The Renter’s credit card used for the reservation shall be charged for any damage and/or theft found by the owners of WRP. Shall circumstances stand and the Renter’s reservation is paid by a non-credit card, such as check or cash, the Renter will receive an invoice for any damages and/or theft found by the owners of WRP.WRP is not responsible for theft of or vandalism to the Renter’s property. Whitewater RV Park is not responsible for stolen or damaged property of Renter or Renter’s property.
DAMAGE, EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIRED AND MISSING INVENTORY:
You, the Renter, are responsible for the cost of any damage to the campground property, structures, and persons. Your responsibility includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the item damaged, including but not limited to, parts, labor, loss of use and revenue, missing equipment, excessive site cleaning and a reasonable charge to cover administrative expenses.
NO SMOKING: in public/shared buildings (bathhouses, laundry facility) or rental accommodations. Any smoking of any kind in public/shared buildings or rental accommodations will result in an additional charge for the costs incurred and a breakdown of the charges will be provided. Labor rates will apply at $100 per hour. Whitewater RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to the Renter’s personal property.
LOST ITEMS:
For any lost items, please WRP to notify management of the missing item. If lost item is located by management, WRP will ship the item at the Renter’s expense.
LIABILITY:
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Whitewater RV Park from any and all claims or liability and assume all responsibility for the risk of any illness, accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by You or Your party members or guest’s in or about the premises, to persons or property, during your stay at Whitewater RV Park. Renter and every person in the party (including children) assume the risks above involved in the usage of the bathhouses, laundry facility, pavilion, playground, any land or trails, or any other use of the facilities and amenities. Parents are solely responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
GUESTS REMOVAL
Management of Whitewater RV Park, reserves the right to ask any Renters, members of the Renter’s party, and anyone who visits the premises, to vacate the property at any time. In most cases, the Management of WRP will give persons a warning before asking them to leave, however, Management reserves the right to enforce removal of persons at any time, under any circumstance. We do not tolerate drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, disorderly persons, loud persons, disorderly pets, or anyone/anything that is a threat or disgrace to both Management and other campers. Management reserves the right to deny any potential Renter at management’s discretion. There will be NO refunds for evictions – failure to follow the rules will result in immediate eviction. The resort will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, their visitors, and/or damage/loss to your property. This includes fire, loss of personal property, accidents, or injuries.
As a Renter at Whitewater RV Park, I have read, and I understand the campground policies and terms above. By agreeing to the terms and conditions below, I agree to the policies and terms set by Whitewater RV Park. Whitewater RV Park is referred to as WRP.
