Terms of Service

Welcome to Wild West Campground & Corral! We will do everything we can to make sure your stay here is enjoyable. We have a few rules so that everyone who stays here is safe and happy.

Please note, there is a $5 non-refundable Book Your Site Fee applied when a reservation is placed online.

General Campground Rules

  • Quiet Hours- 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Check-in (Monday-Saturday) - 2:00pm &  (Sunday) - 3:00pm
  • Check-out - (Monday-Saturday) - 12:00pm & (Sunday) - 2:00pm (check with the office if you require a later checkout)
  • Smoke Free Environments- Bathrooms, lodge, all rental units
  • Pets- Keep them on a leash at all times. Never leave them unattended and always pick up after them.
  • Fires are to be constructed in the fire rings. Please do not move fire rings. Bonfires are not permitted. Absolutely NO burning of pallets or any wood with nails or screws! Do not dispose of ashes, charcoal or refuse in woods.
  • $10 charge for garbage left in fire pit.
  • 3 Night Minimum to Make Reservations for Holiday Weekends.
  • No more than one camping unit per site. A camping unit is defined as a Tent, Travel Trailer, Pop-Up, Fifth Wheel, etc. For example, a trailer and a tent can not be set up on the same site. If you are camping in a tent, no more than 1 tent per camp site is allowed. 
  • ATVs/UTVs, golf carts, etc., are not allowed to drive through the campground at any time. Golf carts and ATVs/UTVs are allowed only for Wild West Campground & Corral employee use. Mobility scooters for those with limited mobility are allowed.
  • No refunds will be issued if the rules are not followed
  • Any damages to site or rentals caused by the camper or their guests are subject to fees for repair
  • 2 car maximum per site, parking off site is not permitted without permission from management.
  • Hiking in the woods and on trails not permitted without permission from management.
  • No fireworks permitted on the grounds.
  • No dumping waste water on the grounds. Please use dump station.

For Girls Horse Camp Only

  • Drop off - 3:00 pm
  • Pick up - 4:00 pm

For Seasonals Only

  • Seasonal sites run from April 15 to October 15 or the date of Early Termination. Winter storage is included.
  • The campground is not a camper's permanent address, mailing address, voting address, or other kind of residence. This is to occupy a campsite, not a lease.
  • The camper will pay the seasonal site fee. A $200 deposit to hold the site for the following year is due October 15 and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by April 15. If the camper decides to leave before the seasonal site end date, the cost for the site will be prorated with AT LEAST one-week written notice to the campground. 
  • There is a late fee, $50 for all payments made after the due date. All payments are due 14 days after notice of billing. Late payment interest is 1.5% per month. All fees are non-refundable.
  • The campground provides the following services: Electricity (camper pays for), water supply (included), shower and toilet facilities (included), septic tank pump out (camper pays for), lawn mowing and ground maintenance (included).
  • Camper will occupy the campsite and campground in a safe, orderly, lawful, well-maintained, clean and respectful manner.
  • Camper is responsible for ensuring all occupants and guests follow general campground and seasonal terms and conditions as well as abide by all directions of campground staff and obey all signs and signals on the Campground.
  • Camper shall maintain liability and hazard insurance coverage on their unit and campsite and all motor vehicles and golf carts operated on the campground.
  • Only RVIA-Approved Recreation Vehicles, approved by the campground and less than 15 years old, may be placed on the campsite.
  • The camper agrees to install or place no objects or things (other than lawn furniture) on the campsite without prior written permission of the campground. All belongings must stay within campsite boundaries.
  • All pets must be kept quiet, on a leash, and cleaned up after. No pet shall be allowed to create a disturbance. No pets are to be left unattended in R.V. units or anywhere in the campground at any time. 
  • Under Wis. Stats. sec. 895.519 The campground is not liable for the inherent risks of camping, the actions or omissions of others.
  • If the actions or omissions of a camper or a guest costs the campground money, the camper shall reimburse the campground for the campground's costs, attorney fees and expenses.
  • The campground may, for any reason in the campground's sole discretion, require the camper to leave the campground, and remove the unit. If the agreement is terminated early, the camper has no right to a refund. At the termination, the camper will remove the unit quietly, peacefully, and without damage to others. If the unit is not removed, the campground may, 30 days after notice to camper, remove and dispose of the unit through methods of campgrounds sole discretion. Campground shall be appointed campers' attorney in fact to transfer title of the unit if the unit is not removed by camper after notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
