RV Sites - 1 pm - 6pm
Noon for all. Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site.
Maximum occupancies per RV site, rentals vary from 2-8 guests (depending on type).
Starting rates for RV sites are based on 2 adults and 4 children ages 3–17, and 2 vehicles. Starting rates for RV rentals are based on 2–8 people (depending on type), and 2 vehicles.
All holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay or more.
All reservations require a deposit of half your stay. Deposits and payments through Campspot website campspot.com or Campspot App.
No refunds on or after arrival. Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Refunds will be given in the same form it was paid, 50% of reservation deposit less $50.
Nightly or Weekly Stays: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. Deposit will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly/Seasonal Stays: Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. Deposit will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Any guests who have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, without prior arrangements with resort staff, will forfeit their deposit.
GUESTS & VISITORS:
Campers are responsible for their guests and visitors. They must register and pay the $10/guest/night fee.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR:
Please do not cut through sites and keep all possessions on your site.
Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. Please avoid loud noises, including talking, radios, televisions and generators. Minors must remain at their sites after 10 pm.
10 mph on all resort roads. Failure to obey limit may result in removal from the property without refund.
Pets are limited to three dogs less than 10 pounds each two dogs greater than 10 pounds. Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS OR DOG BREEDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
Feeding or approaching stray animals or wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by Lessor’s management. Please leave the bath and laundry building as you would like to find them. If they need attention, please notify the park manager. RV and vehicle washing are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is received from the park manager.
Each reservation includes 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle is $5/day and subject to parking availability. All vehicles must have valid license plate.
Allowed as one of the two allotted vehicles with proof of insurance and insured up to $50,000. Must obey the rules of the road, including the 10 mph speed limit. No unlicensed drivers.
Sewer hoses must be undamaged and positive connections on both ends.
A dump station is available to all registered park guests. Improperly discharging septic or gray water will result in a fine and possible eviction. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.
Dumpster located in the park is for guest’s personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, and boxes must be broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV or other unit.
Please place recycling in appropriate containers.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL, DRUGS:
No smoking allowed in rentals or any indoor common facilities.
Please consume alcohol responsibly. Illegal drugs of any form, including cannabis, are prohibited at any location within the Windy Waters RV Park. Person(s) violating this rule are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
Campfires, fireworks and explosives of any kind are prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Reservations for the following year will open Memorial Day weekend. Remember to book before you leave.
