Entering and leaving the Camp grounds: Please be advised the campground has neighboring houses. We ask you to please drive slowly and quietly as you enter and leave along Green Ave; main road enterence. If we get complaints we will take action against the offending party.
Campground Safety:
Campground safety is very important to us. We ask that you follow these rules below.
Drive only on the designated roads.
Park in the designated parking areas, in front of your tent is fine. Those who are camping in the wooded glamping area will need to park and walk in. Parking area is provided.
If you need to back your vehicle up then you will need a designated spotter.
Families with young children are strongly encouraged to book the Children's campsite area labeled K 1-16.
Trash Pickup: Trash containers will be avalable for every two sites. We ask that you use those containers for trash only. Plastic bags will be provided for returnables. All proceeds for returnable bottles and cans will be donated to Kids Camp, Ryan & Aarons Place.
Be advised that we have had very strong winds this past year. We have designed our tents to withstand such winds including securely anchoring them to the ground. You agree that Xtreme Glamping, its owners and employees will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages due to such winds. We ask that you secure any items that could fly and cause injury or damage
Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $35 fee. Reservations canceled Between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.
Reservations canceled less than 14 nights before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
Xtreme Glamping reserves the right to cancel any site rental agreement for any reason or no reason. Refunds will only be offered if Xtreme Glamping iniates the cancelation. Being asked to leave for any reason is not grounds for a refund. In the case of a refund, Xtreme Glamping will only repay the enitional fee and related taxes. You agree that Xtreme Glamping will not be held liable for any inconvienance.
Be advised that we do experience campfire bans in the Newaygo County area, mainly in the Spring of the year. The US Forest Service will dispatch a spotter aircraft with any suspicious fire activity. You agree to be held responsible for any irresponsible burning in the area. You also agree to pay the ticket and related costs. we will try to advise you of any fire burning bans but we will not be held liable for not advising you. You can easily search on the net for such bans. If you do participate in a campfire we ask that you stir the fire up and seperate the burning material before you retire for the evening. In the case of a wild fire, please call 911, ask for Newaygo County dispatch. Also advise camp staff. (Burning Ban Map )
Our tents are constructed of fire resistant fabric but to be safe we do not allow any burning in our tents, this includes candles or gas stove. For individuals who would like additional lighting and heat sources we will provide electric generators. You can fine them in the add-on section of this site
Personal Responsibility:
Alcohol is allowed only if it is consumed responsibly and in moderation. We will not give you and your party more than one warning. We are not responsible to warn your party and we reserve the right to ask you to leave without compensation or refund.
Music and laughter will be kept to a reasonable level. Reasonable, meaning, in a group away from other campers you may be able to play your music louder. That is why we separated the tents in sections for more privacy and comfort.
We ask you to be kind and courteous to your fellow campers.
We ask to arrive at your campsite quietly if you arrive at night.
We ask you to park your truck or car, if it is loud, in the ORV parking area.
ORV's and snowmobiles are not to be driven on the campground premises without pryar written approval. ORV parking is provided at the front entrance.
