Cancellation Policy

With an understanding that things happen, and plans change, the following applies to all refunds:

• All cancelled reservations will incur a fee equal to one night stay. 
• All changes in arrival dates must be made 48 hrs in advanced and are dependent on availability. If you do not contact us 48 hrs or more in advanced of your arrival date and do not arrive on the booked date, you forfeit your remaining reservation and your space will be released to another guest. If we cannot accommodate your changes and you decide to cancel, the cancellation policy still applies.
• Once you vacate a site, you lose all rights to that site.
• The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e. Blizzard, Storms, or Fire Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guests’ residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.
• No Shows: No shows that we do not hear from by 11:30am the day after you were due to check-in will have the entire reservation cancelled. Your site will be released to the general pool at this time. No refunds will be provided. Please contact us if you need to change your check-in date, we will work with you to the best of our ability.
