Boulder Lake Lodge Resort LLC Rules

The purpose of these rules is to keep our resort clean, safe and enjoyable.

  1. Please read and follow the instructions on the signage posted around the resort.
  2. A lease holder must accompany all guests including small and adult children.
  3. Large numbers of guests must be approved by management.
  4. Tree cutting, snow plowing and earth moving are not allowed without management approval.
  5. Storage sheds are to be plastic “Rubbermaid” or similar type products (100 sq ft or less).
  6. Only one storage shed per site, maintained in good condition, is allowed.
  7. No boats, kayaks or canoes are allowed to be left on the lake front grounds.
  8. Phone/cable/electric line routing must be approved by management.
  9. All Dish and/or antennas must have prior written approval by management to avoid fees and loss of resort privileges.
  10. Your lot/site must be kept in a clean and tidy manner to avoid additional charges.
  11. Personal property must be stored on your lot/site at all times to avoid additional charges.
  12. Nails, screws, ropes, wires, decorations or chains are not to be attached, screwed, nailed, embedded or cause damage to any resort trees, structures or posts.
  13. Garbage is to be disposed of promptly and stored in a way which will not attract wildlife.
  14. All campers are to pack out their garbage.  We do not provide a garbage service.
  15. Dogs are to be registered (on your site agreement or with management), cleaned up after, barking controlled and leashed at all times to avoid fees and loss of resort privileges.
  16. ATVs/UTVs are to be used on resort roads only and drivers must be licensed.
  17. Resort roads can be used by ATV/UTVs to visit other campers or get to the club trail only.
  18. All trailers and motorized vehicles are to be parked in the designated areas.
  19. Resort road speed limit is WALKING SPEED for all motorized vehicles.
  20. Use of fireworks on resort property is NOT permitted.
  21. Be considerate in common areas and on the lake front. Leave areas better than you find them.
  22. Operating a motorized unit on resort property requires a valid driver license and insurance.
  23. Do not drive vehicles on the paved area on the lake front.
  24. Guest vehicles, toy haulers and all trailers are to be parked on your site/lot or in the parking lot area to the east of the Lodge.  (There are additional charges for additional space.)
  25. Resort quite hours are between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  26. There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk.
  27. Fire pits are not to be moved without management approval.
  28. Campfires are not to exceed two feet above the rim of the fire pit.
  29. You are responsible for damage caused by digging and or heat from campfires.
  30. Construction of any type is not allowed without specific management approval. 
  31. If Boulder Lake Lodge Resort LLC approves a project/work or construction, you are required to understand and obtain the local and county requirements/permitting for your project. 
  32. Leaf composting area is for leaves, grass clippings, and branch debris only.  No fish guts, eggshells, refuse or food waste.  Please be considerate and unload leaf and branch debris as far back as possible. 

We have listed some items below that will increase our costs if not disposed of properly.  This in turn will increase the prices we are forced to charge.  Do not flush these items down the drain or toilet.

  • Any cloth items such as washcloths, socks and other articles of clothing
  • Wet wipes including biodegradable wet wipes.
  • Food wastes, grease and oils
  • Disposable diapers and or plastic of any kind
  • Band-Aids or bandages
  • Feminine napkins or tampons
  • Solvents or any fluid other than water          

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations will result in a camp credit that must be used in the same camping season in which the original reservation was booked, unless approved by management. In order to use your Camp Credit to make a reservation, you will need to call the office directly at (715) 820-6100.
