By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Boylston Creek for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. While on Boylston Creek RV Park and Cabins grounds all activites are pursued at your own risks. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Boylston Creek from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Boylston Creek may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Boylston Creek reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program. We reserve the right to enter any site at any time. The registered guest is a "responsible party" and accountable for the actions of all family members, pets and visitors.

Reservations: Any camper found without a reservation will prosecuted for trespassing. All campground reservations must be made on-line and paid in full at booking.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am - please respect other campers

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but Domestic/Exotic pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Domestic and Exotic Pets should be fully permitted, vaccinated and have flea control. All Domestic and Exotic Pets are the responsibility of the owner and should be under control at all times(no excessive barking or relieving themselves on other sites). Exotic Pets need to follow NC and local jurisdictions for rules and regulations. Waste needs to be picked up immediately. No pets in bathhouse. The breed of Pit Bull is not allowed. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds and will be asked to leave, and will forfeit any remaining night on their stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, early checkout, dimissals or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

Appearance Policy: RV's must be fully self-contained, in good repair, neat and clean in appearance. All vehicles kept at park property must be operational, with current registration and insurance. All vehicles and trailers are to be parked off park roads.

Additional Policy: There is no sewer at sites. A Dumpstation is available at the end of parks road for your convenience. There will be $100 cleanup fee if waste is left in the wrong area. No smoking in bathhouse and cabins. No animals in Bathhouse. Please be respectful of non-smokers and pick-up your butts and watch your smoke flowing in open windows. Due to dangers of fire please dispose of your cigarette/cigar butts into your own ashtrys. DO Not use unknown chemicals in fire pits or around sites that cause damage or unwanted smells to people or the environment. DO NOT leave campfires unattended and completely extinguish the fire before leaving or checking out. DO NOT put glass/plastic bottles or cans in fire rings. DO NOT remove fire rings. Use wood that fits the fire rings (oversized wood is a fire hazard). Dispose of food in your personal trash can or there is a dumpster on property. Please do not litter or throw food into the woods as it will attract unwanted animals and insects. Do not leave food or food waste outside overnight. NO Laundry cords/clotheslines or hanging of excessive laundry. Avoid clutter - such as tattered flags, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc. NO Vulgar Signage. Site Cleanliness is expected. There is no electric vehicle charging available in Boylston Creek RV Park and Cabins.

NO Poles or Circus Activities

Water Usage- we use well water and are on a water conservation program year-round. Please Do Not waste water. If there is a leak in your hose, your water will be shut off until you repair your hose.Do not water in the heat of the day.

Please put household trash only in the designated dumpster. Non-household trash needs to be taken to land fill.

Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, stealing of others property, disorderly conduct, violence or threat of violence, use of profanity, verbally aggressive or aggressive behavior that disturbs or threatens the nights, comforts or convenience of others in or near the park WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Winter: Spigots are frost free, RV's must have heated hose to hook up to spigot

Vehicle Parking: RV sites have designated parking on the gravel pad. There is also parking in the center of the park. Don't park on the grass if it is wet from rain - use parking lot. No commercial vehicles may be prohibited from entering park to stay.

Damages: Damages to RV Sites, Cabins, Bathhouse or other Boylston Creek RV Park and Cabins areas will be access in occurrence and repair fees will be applied to your account. Damage to other campers' property will not be tolerated and legal actions will be taken to rectify.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Boylston Creek and its management bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
