By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Branch Brook Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Branch Brook Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Branch Brook Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Branch Brook Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 48 hours in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 3 to 14 days in advance of your stay, camper will have camp credit for the amount paid minus a $10 processing fee per site. Camp credit is good until the end of the following year. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee per site.  
Seasonals and Annuals- please see your permit.

Check-In: 2:00-9:00pm.  All vehicles must stop at the gate house upon arrival.  Please stay in your vehicle- we'll come to you!

Speed Limit: 10 mph from Rte 49 throughout the entire campground.

Pet Policy: You will be asked to show the gate attendant a rabies certificate upon arrival.  All pets must be on a leash and attended to at all times.  Invisible/wireless containment areas are not allowed.  You must pick up after your pets.  BBCG reserves the right to restrict disruptive &/or aggressive animals.  Pets are not permitted in the cabin.

Firewood should be purchased at the camp store or from a local vendor after arriving.

Quiet Hours: 10:30pm - 8:00am

Absolutely no fireworks at any time!

Maximum Occupancy: Sites: 4 adults and 8 people total.  Additional charges apply for more than 2 adults and 3 children ages 5-17.  

Maximum Occupancy Cabins: Maximum 4 adults and 5 people total.  Additional charges apply for more than 2 adults and 3 children ages 5-17.

Day Guests: Day visitors will be charged at the gate when they arrive.  Maximum 4 adults and their children per day.  Day guests may arrive after 9:00am and must leave before 9:00pm.

Golf Carts: You need to show proof of insurance at the gate.  All golf cart operators must be insured, licensed, and sober.

Pit bikes, dirt bikes, ATV's & UTV's are not allowed.  

Campfires: One campfire per site.  Campfires must be contained in designated fire pits.  Do not move fire pits.  Attend your campfire at all times.  Burn only cordwood.  Extinguish your fire by midnight.

Respect Your Neighbors:  Do not pass through others' sites.  Keep the music low (noise travels far!).  Do not park or set up between sites.  Do not borrow picnic tables from other sites.  Observe quiet hours.

Respect the owners, staff and property: Do not cut, mar, peel bark, or otherwise damage trees.  Keep your site clean to discourage unwanted pests.  Help keep the facilities clean by picking up after yourself.  Follow the directions/requests of owners, management, & staff.  Together we can all have a good time!

Check-out: Before noon.  Please give the gate staff your car tag when you leave.

Cabins:  Cabins are non-smoking.  Do not smoke in and/or around the cabin.  Linens and utensils are not provided.  Do not set up a tent outside the cabin. (One pop-up gazebo may be erected for shade.) See cabin occupancy above.  No pets.  A cabin use agreement will be required at check-in.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Branch Brook Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause without refund.
