Brandy Pond Park is a family campground.  Our goal is to provide and maintain a campground where you, your family and friends can relax, enjoy time together and make memories.  Our motto "where friends and family gather".  So that everyone can have a great camping experience we ask your cooperation with the following:

Speed Limit - the speed limit in the campground is 5MPH. Please be present in your passage through the park.  There are many children of all ages around.

Campground Quiet Hours are 11PM to 8 AM. Please respect your neighbor’s rights to quiet hours. No loud music, conversations or instruments after 9PM, noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other campers.

No jet skis or similar personal watercraft
 
All visitors must register and pay visitor fees before entering the Campground

No visiting pets
 
Please dispose of campsite trash in the dumpster near the exit of the Campground
 
Children under 14 must be supervised while in the Rec Hall. Rec Hall closes at 9PM
 
Children under 14 require adult supervision at all times while in the water or on the boat docks.

Bicycles are allowed on the roadways.  No bikes on the paths, fields, docks or beach.
 
No glass containers allowed on the beach or the water front lawn
 
No smoking allowed on the beach, water front lawn, Rec Hall or in the Bathhouses
 
No trimming or cutting of trees in the Campground
 
Pets must be on leash at all times. If excessive barking occurs you may be asked to remove the pet from the premises. Pick up after your pets.  Pets are not allowed on beach areas, this includes beach and grassy areas.
 
Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed at a campsite
 
Parking in the roads, near the beach, play area and vacant campsites is prohibited
 
No fireworks allowed in the Campground
 
Please respect your neighbors rights to a relaxing visit

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel with us you forfeit any money paid to the campground. The management reserves all discretion in cancellation fees and refunds. 

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Covid-19 Policy: Please follow all federal, state, and local health guidelines.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Brandy Pond RV LLC, dba Brandy Pond Park, for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brandy Pond Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Brandy Pond Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Brandy Pond Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Brandy Pond Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
