Park Guidelines:

◆ Cancellation Policy - Cancellations 15+ days in advance will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. -14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 fee. -7 days in advance will not receive a refund.

Short term guests are allowed ONE VEHICLE.

◆ SPEED LIMIT - A maximum speed of 5 miles per hour throughout the campground for all vehicles.

Bicycles/recreational modes of transportation - All motorized recreational vehicles are prohibited (4 wheelers, atv's, side-by-sides)

◆ Age Requirement- Should be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

◆ Children- Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children and their guests at all times.

◆ Campfires - All fires are to be contained within the fire ring or pit. Do not place materials other than firewood in the fire ring. Do not leave fires left unattended they must be extinguished before retiring or leaving the site. =

◆ Firearms/Drugs/Alcohol - The use and display of firearms, bows and arrows, air arms, paintball guns, fireworks, explosives, weapons, and illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. In keeping with the family environment, excessive use of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated. Any individual who violates these guidelines, or by their actions or words disturbs the peace, creates conflict, or otherwise creates a situation not in keeping with the family environment, will be engaging in improper behavior, and may be instructed to leave the park. All campground buildings are non-smoking.

◆ Golf Carts - Golf carts are allowed with prior approval from Management. Insurance information must be on file. Licensed operators only. Must abide by the same 5mph speed limit. No gas-powered golf carts are allowed.

◆ Gray Water - State law prohibits the discharge of gray or black water (sewer) on the ground or stored in containers.

◆ Laundry/Clothesline - Clotheslines are not permitted on sites.

◆ Pets - Pets are required to be leashed and under the control of the pet owner at all times. All pet litter must be picked up immediately. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated.

**Broad River RV Park, LLC shall be held harmless and assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury.

◆ Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am Sun-Thur, 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Fri/Sat
