CHECK IN TIME: 12:00 P.M.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.:  If you wish to stay another night, please contact the office.

Late Check Out available: Two hour late check out is available for an additional $25.00 with prior management approval.

RESTROOMS & WIFI: Please DO NOT give out the codes or passwords.

SITES: Park RV’s with all jacks entirely on the concrete pad, and the rear of your RV Cannot hang over the lawn. The picnic tables must also remain on the concrete pad.

QUIET HOURS: Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise at all times.

CHILDREN: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

VISITORS: Day visitors are allowed and must be accompanied by a registered guest. Visitors staying overnight must be registered with the office and pay an additional fee.

PETS: Dogs must be kept on a leash and the leash must be in your hand. Pets may not be left outside unattended, in crates/kennels/enclosures, tied to any structure or allowed to bark excessively causing noise disturbances with neighbors. Please walk dogs on the dike that surrounds the park and pick up pet droppings immediately. No aggressive behavior will be allowed.

Restricted dog breeds: The following breeds are restricted in the park: NO Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, Wolf-Hybrids, Dobermans, Mastiffs or Chows.

VEHICLE REPAIRS & WASHING: Repairs and maintenance are strictly forbidden. Monthly residents are allowed to wash RVs in the park except during inclement weather. Please do not wash your personal vehicles in the park.

GUEST PARKING: Overflow parking is available for guests across from spaces 61 & 116 if there is no room at your site. A guest parking permit needs to be visible on the vehicle’s dashboard.

FIRES:  No wood burning is allowed.  

STORAGE: For an additional fee, storage is available to our currently registered guests during their stay. Storage is for boats, utility trailers, ATVs, etc. These items must be owned by the registered guests and may not be kept on the RV site or in the overflow parking.

MAIL/MESSAGES: Monthly residents may choose to have a mailbox assigned to them. We only accept mail for currently registered guests/residents.

LAWN MAINTENANCE: Lawns will be mowed every Thursday, weather permitting. All personal items need to be 12 inches from edge of grass. Please remove all items from lawn areas (i.e. Outdoor furniture, BBQ’s, etc.) No items are allowed to be staked into the grass at any time. All lawn maintenance is performed by park staff. Do not turn on/off sprinklers and/or trim trees/shrubs.

FURNITURE: Only outdoor patio furniture is allowed on your site.

Cancellations:

Short Term Stays (Less than 30 Days):

• Cancellations made 1 day or less prior to arrival: Guest forfeits refund
• Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to arrival: Guest receives full refund

Long Term Stays (30 Days or More):

• Cancellations made at any time for long term stays: Guest forfeits refund
