Refund Policy

Reservations canceled more than 2 weeks out from arrival will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled between 5 days and 14 day from arrival will be refunded 50% of the total reservation.

Reservations canceled 5 days or less from arrival WILL NOT receive a refund.

**FOR MONTHLY RESERVATIONS ONLY --  if the monthly reservation is booked within 4 days of your arrival date & then canceled before your arrival date, you will recieve a 50% refund of your booking.
