Cancellation Policy

Bucks Lake Camp


Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full
reservation amount. If full amount was paid on a credit card/debit card that full amount
will be nonrefundable at 7 days prior to check in. If cash option was selected at check out
the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining reservation balance for the late
cancellation. 

General Cancellations before 7 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations made before 7 days of scheduled check-in will be subject to the loss of the
$15 booking fee for both credit card/debit card and cash reservations. If the reservation was
paid in full with a credit card/debit card at checkout the remaining balance minus the $15
booking fee will be refunded. If cash option was selected and the $15 booking fee was paid
with a credit card/ debit card the fee is nonrefundable.

All reservations made for the week of July 3rd thru July 6th, August 30th thru September 2nd , all Early Booking made the year prior and  between January 1st - January 14th are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If reservations are cancelled and only the deposit of $15 was paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. 

All cancellations can be made by calling 530-283-2221 (June - October) or email (Feb- June), if you do not get a call back or a reply email within 24 hours then assume that we did not get your message and please call/email again. 

​No-Show Policy: Credit Card on file will be charged at 11am on the day of the reservation
checkout for full reservation amount.
