Refund Policy

Refunds:
No refunds are given on or after the arrival date. 

No refunds are given due to discomforts or nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally
paid. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the
original card that was used, no exceptions.

Emergency or Natural Disaster: If an emergency or natural disaster forces the closure of our campground, we will notify you as early as possible and refund all camping fees. 

Refunds are only processed in accordance to our cancellation policy.
