Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

2+ WEEKS
Nonrefundable $25 cancellation fee

LESS THAN 2 WEEK
Full reservation forfeited

July 4th week (from June 27 - July 7) Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior we issue a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. For a reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited

Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at time of booking.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

No refunds for early departures.
