Buffalo Run RV Park Policies & Procedures SITE OCCUPANCY

Only one camper is allowed on each campsite. Tents are allowed on tent sites only and tent rate is applied to each tent. One vehicle per camp site, all other vehicles will have to be parked off grounds.

Pets

Please keep pets on a leash and you must clean up after them. Do not leave pets unattended.

ATVs

No ATVs, UTVS, dirt bikes, golf carts, children’s power toys, etc. on grounds.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your dependents.

No use of firearms, fireworks, or illegal drugs on the property.
Children under 13 are not to be left without parental supervision at any time.
No kiddie pools.
Please place garbage in trash cans located throughout the park
All sewer hoses must have a tight-fitting sewer elbow
No electrical cords are to run from electrical to non-electrical sites.
No use of generators, space heathers, external or additional refrigerators, freezers, or air conditioners.
VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE GROUNDS FOR EXPELLING CAMPERS FROM THE PARK WITHOUT REFUND.
*Group gatherings can make arrangements to use the patio
*Firewood can be purchased at the park-4 pieces for $5
We reserve the right to refuse service

Cancellation Policy

No Refund: 0-10 days notice
Half Refund: 11-30 days notice
Full Refund minus 5%: 31+ days notice

Buffalo Run RV Park and the owners are not responsible or liable for accidents, personal property damage, or losses.
