At Buffer Preserve RV Park, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure the satisfaction of our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.

Refund Terms:

  1. Cancellations:

    • Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Refund amounts will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled arrival date. (See Cancellation Policy for details.)

  2. Early Departures:

    • Refunds will not be issued for early departures after check-in, except in cases of emergency or park-related issues, which will be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Park Closures:

    • If the park is closed due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their reservation at no additional cost.

  4. Amenities and Services:

    • No refunds will be provided for amenity closures or interruptions (e.g., Wi-Fi, utilities) unless the issue significantly impacts the stay, as determined by management.

Refund Processing:

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Administrative fees and booking fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a park-related issue.
