Cancellation Policy

Buncombe Creek Marina Cancellation Policy

At Buncombe Creek Marina, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require our guests to cancel or modify their reservations. To ensure a fair and consistent policy for all guests, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

Transient and Courtesy Boat Slip Rentals:

a. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.

b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's slip rental.

RV Campsite Rentals:

a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.

b. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's campsite rental.

Fishing Lodges and Deluxe Vacation Rentals:

a. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee.

b. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.

c. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.

Please note the following additional terms:

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our online reservation system.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Buncombe Creek Marina reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or maintenance issues. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify guests as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodations.
