Cancellation Policy

NIGHTLY CAMPING CANCELATION POLICY:

• Full refund (minus $20 booking fee) for cancellations made 14+ days before arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
• No refunds after arrival, under any circumstances.

HALL CANCELATION POLICY: 

• 120+ days before: Full refund of additional payments (minus 25% non-refundable deposit).
• 60-120 days before: 50% refund of additional payments.
• Less than 60 days before: No refund.
• Full refund if the venue is required for an emergency or government order.
