OUR SEASON: MAY 15 THROUGH OCTOBER 30

CHECK IN:1pm-5pm CHECK OUT: Noon. 

Arriving early or leaving late causes problems.
We need time from Noon to 2 pm to get ready for arriving guests. We may be able to
make other accommodations if you contact us. 231-881-2231.

Site Location and Changes 

Only Class A B C and RVs are allowed onsite. No popups are allowed.
We may have 190 sprawling acres, but our Township has only approved our RV parking
permit for a just 4 sites located within a few acres behind our tasting room. Site location
is restricted so to minimize visibility from our road. Upon check-in you will be assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check
with us. Due to reservations and ground maintenance, moving may not be possible.

Occupants
Up to four Adults 21+ and two pets are allowed per site. 

Pet Policies 
We welcome quiet friendly dogs. Dogs must be on a 6’ leash at all times. We have 190 acres of land for your enjoyment. The urge to let your pet run free will be strong but Do Not Do It. If you violate these rules, we will terminate any guest(s) stay, without warnings, at
anytime, without refund.

**VERY IMPORTANT – Our Alcohol Policy**
We are a licensed Michigan Small Winery, License Micro-Brewery, and Small Distillery.
All our RV sites reside within the largest Michigan Liquor Control Licensed “Outside
Service Area” in the State. The good news is you can roam about all our acreage with open
containers of OUR beer, wine, spirits and cider. The bad news is that you cannot
consume any other brands of alcohol products outside your RV rig and PLEASE do not
throw ANY alcohol products that were not purchased onsite during your stay. This is a
big deal – if you violate these rules we can lose our liquor licenses.
If you violate these rules, we will terminate any guest(s) stay, without warnings, at
anytime, without refund.

Campfires and Grills

A Firepit and Charcoal Grill are provided with the two gazebos (when reserved as an
add-on to your site).
We have a large community firepit in the main patio area that you can enjoy while we
are open for business.
Bags of Charcoal and Dry Firewood are for sale on site. No cutting wood within the
property. Please do not throw or leave cigarettes butts, in the fire pits or on the ground
anywhere.
No campfires are allowed at your RV site. All sites are grass. You are parking in a
pasture that is prone to fires,

Parking 
You are allowed 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. Contact us for other parking arrangements.
Speed Limit 
The park speed limit is 5 mph.    
ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts 
Motorized equipment is not allowed for use on our property.

Visitors
Visitors of all ages and their pets are always welcome in our main Tasting Room Patio
area. However, please limit the number of people visiting your site to 2 Adults 21+.and
No Pets.

Quiet Time Policies 
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask that Guests not roam about the property from 11
PM – 30 minutes before sunrise.
Generator use is not allowed during Quiet Time. Please use generators sparingly.
No loud disturbances at any time. 

Trash Disposal  
There are trash cans set between every two sites to share.

Water And Electric
We don’t have any water hook ups at the RV sites but there is a faucet and an extended
hose in the RV park area to access potable water.

We don’t have any electric hook ups at the RV sites but we do have a 20 amp circuit
provided with the two Gazebos (when reserved as an add-on to your site). We have a
few outdoor extension cords to borrow.
NO Sewer Hookups Available – Dumping Station Location
Per our Resort Township RV Parking permit “All Recreational Vehicles must have
interior toilet and holding tank for waste water. Waste water shall be disposed of off-site”
The closest dumping station is at MAGNUS Park in the City of Petoskey about 6 miles
aways.

Restrooms
Restrooms are available in the Tasting Room during regular operating hours and from
9am-11am by using the front doorbell. NO SHOWERS ARE AVAILABLE.

Laundry
Time permitting, we can provide a “Wash and Fold” service for a fee. Just give us a call
for price, confirmation and timing.

Fireworks and Firearms 
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. The prohibition of fireworks includes
sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibition of firearms includes
all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. 

Other Things You Should Know
Use of Drones during your visit is not permitted.
We are not responsible for any accident, injury, theft or damage to the property of
guests and/or visitors. 
Any damage to our property and/or equipment will result in additional charges and/or
pursuit in further action.
We reserve the right to terminate any guest(s) stay at any time without refund.
