Generator use is permitted ONLY during a power outage.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests, for theft or loss of any kind, or damage of any kind to RV or tow vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages or other occurrences due to the loss of power.
I agree to read and comply with all rules and regulations as posted on the space map, park office, and/or on the park grounds. Termination of tenancy can result from a violation of these rules or from unreasonable or boisterous conduct with NO REFUND.
Please do not use 50 amp service if only paying for 30 amp electricity. You will be asked to pay the difference if caught doing so.
All RVs must have a proper tow vehicle to remove the RV within 24 hours for evacuation, emergency, or site maintenance.
All monthly renters must have valid registration and insurance on their camper as well as a photo ID.
