Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19.

Nightly RV Site Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 3 days in advance of arrival will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 3 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Monthly RV Site Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Active-Duty Military Personal on Orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This includes PCS and TDY orders.
