Cain's Creekside RV Park

Welcome to Cain's Creekside RV Park. To provide the best service to all our guests we ask that you review the following Terms & Conditions.
 

Check In / Check Out

  • Check in is at 2 PM EST. Early check in is not permitted unless approved by management. 
  • Check out time is 12 PM EST. You do not need to contact the office for check out unless you have an outstanding balance due.
  • Late check-ins are allowed at any time, but we ask that you call ahead with an estimated arrival time so we can assist you getting to your site.

Site Changes

  • Nightly sites are assigned when you make your reservation. Please do not move to another site without speaking to management.
  • Long term sites are assigned when you make a reservation. Please do not move to another site without speaking to management. 

Fire Rings and Open Fires

  • Fires are permitted in fire rings ONLY.
  • Only burn wood logs in the fire rings. Burning of trash or paper is not permitted. 
  • Do not use your fire ring as a trash can. 

Permitted Vehicles and Parking

  • Each site is authorized one recreational vehicle (Class A, B, C, Travel Trailer, or 5th Wheel) and one personal vehicle (tow vehicle or tow behind) Additional vehicles will incur an additional charge of $5 per day or $25 per month (this does not include monthly storage).
  • Absolutely NO parking or driving on any grass. Park on gravel or concrete only. 
  • Do not park in the roads.
  • If you have a boat or other towable vehicle, we offer monthly storage parking.  See management for details.
  • Park Speed Limit is 5 MHP

Camp Site Policy

  • Storage around your campsite is not permitted. 
  • Long term tenants may request an exception for a small outside storage area.
  • Outdoor Area Rugs are not permitted on the grass.
  • You may place small welcome mats outside the entrances to your RV.
  • Do not walk through an occupied lot without permission.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome.
  • Please keep them on a leash when outside. No matter how well behaved your pet may be, you cannot predict the actions of your or other pets.
  • Clean up after your pet. They poop, you scoop. If we receive reports of violations of this policy, you will be asked to remove the pet or leave the park. 
  • Due to insurance requirements, please provide updated vaccination reports when checking in or annually for long term guests.

ATVs, Dirt Bikes, and Golf Carts

  • The use of ATVs and Dirt Bikes are not permitted in the park.
  • Golf Carts (if approved) can be used to go back and forth from your site to the office or pond.
  • Golf Carts will only be driven on the roads, not on grass.

General Park Policies

Severe Weather

  • In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or office during business hours.  
  • Secure any loose outdoor items such as chairs, umbrellas, grills, coolers, etc., and retract your awning(s).

Electrical (Pending Update)

Water Usage 

  • Water is not to be used to wash your vehicle or RV.
  • Water is intended for hooking up your RV for internal use only.

Laundry

  • Coin operated machines are available for all guests during normal business hours.
  • Management is not responsible for lost or stolen laundry.
  • Be respectful when using the laundry. Do not let it sit in the washer or dryer preventing someone else from using it.

Restrooms

  • Restrooms are for guests only.
  • Clean up after yourself.

Mail

  • When having packages or mail sent to the campground, please include your lot number. The address is: 6143 US HWY 41 N, Site# __, Hahira, GA 31632.
  • Management will not be responsible for lost or stolen mail or packages.

Quiet Time

  • Quiet time is from 10 PM EST to 7 AM EST.
  • No loud music after 10 PM.
  • You will get one warning, then you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Trash Disposal

  • Bag your trash and leave it in the dumpster.
  • Do not leave large items outside the dumpster or around the dumpster.
  • Do not place wire, oil, paint, furniture, mattresses, toxic waste, or chemicals in or around the dumpster.

Clothes Lines

  • Clothes lines are not permitted in the campground.

Fireworks 

  • Fireworks are not permitted in the campground at any time, for any reason.  
  • This includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.

Firearms

  • Firearms are not permitted outside your RV or person.
  • This includes air soft, BB Guns and pellet guns.
  • Any firearm seen will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Repairs

  • Vehicle repairs are strictly prohibited in the campground.
  • Any vehicle or RV that is inoperative will need to be removed from the campground.

Fishing and Swimming

  • Ponds are catch and release ONLY.
  • No swimming.
  • No pets allowed in the ponds.
