Cajun Country RV Park

  1. Check out time is 11 am, check in begins at 2 pm until dark, when ever that might be.
  2. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.
  3. Visitors of guests are asked to be out of the park by 9pm, the main gate gets closed at night. Guests of the park are limited to 2 visitors, and are responsible for the conduct of those visitors. 
  4. Please don’t drive stakes or spikes into the ground, our electrical and plumbing services are down there.
  5. Garbage should be bagged and placed in one of the park’s garbage bins. Pet waste should be DOUBLE bagged before disposal.  Fish heads/guts are biodegradable and should be tossed into the river to feed the abundant wildlife, not put into the trash cans.  Do not burn paper in the fire pit as a method of disposal.
  6. Children are welcome in the park; however please don’t let your children run wild through the park. Please respect the privacy and peace and quiet of your fellow guests. Monitor your children please.  This is for their safety and maintenance of park.  Do not allow them to throw our bank rocks into the river, please.
  7. Be aware that the river is 1500’ wide, and up to 80’ deep here. The current can run in excess of 3 knots. No one should attempt to walk on the rocks on the edge of the river, and no one should swim here. No unsupervised children are allowed on the river side of the road. Children with parents must wear Coast Guard approved flotation devices while near the river. Please be safe!
  8. PET POLICY - up to 2 small or 1 large dog(s) are welcome in the park, but must be on their leash at all times.  DO NOT LET YOUR DOGS WANDER THE PARK LOOSELY or you will be asked to leave with no refund given. Please do not let your dog bark un-controllably, and please pick up after them.  Owners will be fined if they do not pick up after their pets. 
  9. PET FEE is set at $1/day per pet, regardless of length of stay.  Maximum of 2 small or 1 large pet per guest group is allowed.  No additional pets of your friends & your own guests are allowed on the property.
  10. Please no car, boat or RV washing. It creates a muddy mess for you and your fellow campers and adds to our water bills.  This is not allowed.
  11. Cleaning supplies are provided in the laundry house.  Please bag all trash, dryer lint, and sweep the floor as needed.  Empty and change the trash bag as needed.  
  12. WiFi is provided as a courtesy, and we are limited to available service provided.  Please do not stream movies or tv or it will reduce the speed for everyone else in the park.  Important business may need faster speed internet which you may need to source if our park is unable to accommodate that need.
  13. This is a quiet place, with personal relaxation in mind. If you are coming to party, please go to another RV park. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict anyone who has shown a disregard for the park rules; WITHOUT REFUND. Guests and visitors agree to use the park and its facilities at their own risk. The manager or owner is not responsible for any damages, injury, or loss to persons, pets or property.
  14. LONG TERM TENANT POSSESSIONS:  No external sheds allowed; no fencing of any kind allowed; no accumulation of personal belongings under and around your RV (lawn furniture/gas grill etc. is fine, but tubs and bundles of random items is unsightly for vacationing park guests).  This is especially an issue for FISHING EQUIPMENT.  Please contact us to discuss if you will need to store boats that won't fit on your pad, and fishing gear that will not be kept inside your RV.  If you have an abundance of items that will not fit inside your RV, please rent a storage container off-premises instead of keeping items on the pad site.  CCRV Park is meant to be temporary stays at this time (6 mo. or less), not permanent residency.
