- - TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Reservation Guarantee: Camelot Campground Quad Cities will hold your all-night reservation with a valid deposit. No refunds for early departure. The first night's deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. Early arrival before 2 PM, is subject to a $15 fee and availability. Late arrival after 11 pm is subject to a $15 late check-in fee. Extra vehicle fee is $10/day. Please call 800.787.0605 to cancel or change a reservation. If the reservation is for a cabin and arrival will be after 6 pm an advance call is required to ensure personnel are available to get you into the unit. Deluxe cabin arrivals after posted front desk hours are not accommodated, guests must arrive before closing. All cabins require payment of a security deposit, with a valid credit, at time of registration, currently $150.
Cancellation Requirements:
To secure a partial refund of a deposit a cancellation of a cabin reservation must be made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellation of RV or tent site reservation requires that you contact campground at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. Holiday and Special events require notification of cancellation for any type of reservation, cabin, RV or tent site be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid total loss of deposit.
Cancellation of an extended stay site (30 or more nights) the total deposit is forfieted (no refund for any reason as this site was held at your request). Do not make the reservation if you have any question as to making your stay.
Cancellation Charges: A minimum $10.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations made prior to deadlines. No refund for deposits to hold a monthly (30 day or more) site. Failure to cancel a reservation within the proscribed time limits will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
VISITOR FEES ARE $8 PER PERSON PER DAY. OUTSIDE FIREWOOD IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARK
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for the non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Camelot Campground Quad Cities or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing, howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.
Camelot Campground Policies & Rules
General:
1. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
2. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
3. The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
5. All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival and pay any appropriate fee.
6. Camelot Campground does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
7. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
8. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
9. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
10. Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 8 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office.
11. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
12. All visitors must pay appropriate fee upon entering the park. Visitors must park in designated parking areas.
13. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
14. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
15. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
16. Clotheslines are not allowed.
17. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
18. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
19. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
20. All trash is must be bagged and set at roadside during the day between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Campground personnel will pick up and remove throughout the day.
21. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
22. Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on sites. Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot.
23. Camelot Campground is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes, birds of prey and reptiles. All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Late Check-Out Policy:
The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
Safety:
1. POOL AND SPLASH PAD HOURS are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM weather permitting.
2. No glass containers allowed at the pool, hot tub, OR SPLASH PAD AREA.
3. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL OR SPLASH PAD AREAS, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the park.
5. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
6. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
7. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
8. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
9. Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
10. Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the park.
11. Children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in pool area.
12. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
13. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
14. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
15. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.
Security:
1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
2. Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
1. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
3. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
4. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
5. Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
6. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
3. There is a three-pet limit in the park.
4. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
5. All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
6. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
7. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
8. Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
9. Pets are prohibited in park buildings and amenity areas.
10. Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
11. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
Photo Release:
Registered guests and all persons with that guests do hereby grant to Camelot Recreations Inc. permssion to interview or use any likeness in photograph(s)/video in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now know or hereafter existing, controlled by Camelot Recreations, Inc., in perpetuity, and for other use by Camelot Recreations Inc. Guest will make no monetary or other claim against Camelot Recreations Inc. for the use of the interview and/or the photograph(s)/video.
Use of Camelot Recreations Water Craft:
Guest agrees to be responsible for all persons in their party when using the Camelot water craft. Guest or others in their party will check out boats through Camelot staff at the Camelot Front Desk. Guest and/or those with the guest agree to return all equipment in good condition after the allotted rental period. Equipment includes life jackets, oars and paddles. If equipment is not properly returned in good condition and timely Camelot Recreations Inc. may charge a minimum fee of $25.
Emergency:
1. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1 for police, fire department, or ambulance.
2. After hours for minor campground emergency there is an after-hours phone number posted at the night registration desk located at registration building.
Extended Stay Guest Guidelines:
1. Campground picks up trash daily April thru October. Trash must be placed at the road side during day light hours only; 8 am to 7 pm. Large items, appliances, tires or electronics may not be legally disposed in dumpsters in the state of Illinois you must take items to recycling center.. No trash pickup sites 77 through 121.
2. During winter months campground will make one NOON pickup of trash (weather permitting) or guest may place trash in the dumpster on north lake drive next to the maintenance building.
3. Pool and hot tub hours are daily in season weather permitting from 10 am to 9 pm.
4. On day of departure check out time is 11AM.
5. After staying at least one month guest may, if needed, pay on a daily basis at a reduced rate, this is higher than the monthly rate and lower than the standard rate. It is only available to fill less than a month prior to departure. Check with office for details.
6. Only manually or electrically powered boats allowed on the lakes. (No gasoline engines can be onboard)
7. Sport fishing only; no nets, trot lines, or jug fishing.
8. Fishing in the lakes will be in accordance with applicable State regulations. Bass under 14” may not be taken.
9. Speed limit within the park 5 ½ M.P.H. to ensure the safety of children and other guests.
10. Campers are welcome to bring their pets, but the pets must be kept under control by their owners at all times and must be on a leash when out of doors unless in the dog park. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Pets that cause undue noise or frighten guests will not be allowed to stay in the park. Official walk areas have disposal bags.
11. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.
12. Golf cars, motorbikes, mini-bikes, mopeds, or similar vehicles must be electric drive only and may be used for transportation on the campground roads but must comply with the campground speed limits. Proof of insurance must be provided to campground, an identification sticker must be purchased and all vehicles driven at night must have functional lights.
13. Golf cars, motorbikes, mini-bikes, mopeds, or similar vehicles may not be driven between the hours of 11PM to 6AM.
14. Washing of vehicles, trailers or boats is not permitted without payment of a small fee.
15. Use of water is not permitted to water grass, gardens, wash RVs or vehicles. Violator’s will be charged $50.
16. Visitors are welcome, but must register and pay any admission fees at the campground office upon entering the campground.
17. Campers will observe quiet hours from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M; complaints of neighbors will determine compliance.
18. No firearms, B-B guns or air guns may be discharged within the Campground.
19. State law prohibits the dumping of gray water or wastewater on the ground.
20. Alteration of Sites is not permitted without the approval of campground management.
21. Electrical cords may not be buried.
22. Campground will mow and trim on the 90/10 rule. Camp personnel will mow and trim without moving personal items, the 90%. Camper may mow or trim the remaining 10% if desired at camper’s expense. Campground is not responsible for damage to items on or near the ground such as sewer hoses, water hoses, cable lines or dog leashes. Camper may elect to mow and trim their lot. Wednesday and Thursday are normal mowing days.
23. Campground provides a picnic table but no fire ring. Fire rings are not for trash. Any ring used for trash will be removed.
24. Campfires. Camelot Campground is located within the city limits and all fires are restricted to the burning of USDA approved firewood. All other wood or trash cannot be burned on this property. USDA approved firewood can be purchased at park office or other local retail outlets.
25. No parking on roads, one vehicle parked at site. Additional vehicles subject to additional fees. Overflow parking is available at the pool parking lot at no charge.
26. No permanent construction is permitted on Campground Sites.
27. Storage sheds are not allowed.
28. The large wooden decks on sites cannot be moved.
29. Trailer skirting is allowed only during the winter months, November thru March and must be removed no later than April 15th. All storage items such as excess LP tanks, or other items must be stored under or in back of camper.
30. Wi-Fi codes are available in the office during business hours. Codes may be purchased on a daily, monthly or seasonal basis.
31. Camper will pay a monthly utility fee to cover electric, water, sewer and dust control. Rate set by campground charge based on kilowatts of electricity used
32. Security deposit. Each extended stay guest is required to provide a $150 security deposit to be held until the end of the stay. This deposit will be used to settle the final utility bill and to assure the site is returned in a clean condition. If park must clean site of debris and trash the minimum fee is $50. Guest is also required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice prior to departure or the entire deposit will be forfieted.
33. If you have any questions about the campground, your site, the rules, than please contact the office before you proceed.
34. Extended stays are allowed for upto 180 days. If your stay will need to be longer you must check with the front desk before additional time can be allowed.
