Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Please be aware of the following cancellation policies.

For stays greater than 30 days:

• Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to arrival wil receive a full refund minus the booking fee and a 10% cancellation fee. 
• Cancellations made 2-13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive no refund.
• No shows will receive no refund. 

For stays less than 31 days:

• Cancellations made 1 weeks or more prior to arrival wil receive a full refund minus the booking fee and a 10% cancellation fee. 
• Cancellations made 2-6 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive no refund.
• No shows will receive no refund.
