Cancellation Policy

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make a cancellation or change to your booking.

Site Reservations

Canceling your booking prior to 7 days before check-in will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Cancellation received 7 days or less before check-in there will be no refund.

 

Cottage Reservations

Cancelling your booking at least 30 days before check-in will result in a cancellation fee of $250.00.

Cancellation received 30 days or less before check-in there will be no refund.

Cottage has a minimum stay policy of seven-nights.

 

Seasonal Site Reservations

You may cancel your booking by two weeks prior to opening to avoid cancellation penalties.

Canceling your booking between May 1st and June 15th will result in a cancellation fee of $150.00.

Cancellation received after June 15th there will be no refund.

 

Refunds will not be issued for environmental factors. No refunds are provided for early departures.
