We welcome you and your family to Camp A While and wish for you all to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. To ensure that you do, please remember you are a guest on this property, sharing the surroundings with other campers just like you, please respect that. Camp A While is privately owned and operated. Our policies are in place to ensure EVERYONE'S safety and comfort. A complete list of camping rules will be given to you at check-in for your camping party to read and follow. Please call the office 570-682-8696 if you have a specific question or need regarding a concern about rules.  We are here to help.

All visiotrs must be registered, and recieve a pass prior to going to the site.

If you have NOT chosen to LOCK in your site, there is a chance the system will move to a diffrent site to optomize the campground layout.  You may be moved to creekside or mountainside but will not "downgrade" your site.  The site you will be given will comfortabley hold the RV size you have imputed in at the time the reservation was made.

Though we certainly hope you do not have to, if you find that you need to cancel your reservation the following policies apply-

RV and tent site payment/deposits: 14/21 (holiday/special event weekends) days or more Refundable with a $10.00 processing fee.

3-14 days Raincheck will be issued for use within 1 year of the issue date, $10 processing fee will apply.Less than 3 days no refunds or rainchecks

Cabin/RV Rental- If cancelled 14 days or less no refund. If cancelled 15-20 days Camp Credit given minus a $15 processing fee. If cancelled 21+ days in advance, full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Please remember Camping is an outdoor experience, Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts or acts of nature, inclement weather., or ANY other reason.

Camp A While LLC reserves the right to change the Rules & Policies at any time to protect the safety of all campers and staff.

All Campers themselves, and for any of their registered children, and guests agree as follows: The camper at CAMP-A-WHILE LLC hereby releases Camp A While LLC. in advance of and for responsibility for all losses or damage to any equipment or personal property of the camper or guests while on or about the premises of Camp A While campground. In addition, the camper also hereby in advance releases and agrees to hold harmless Camp A While LLC. from, for, and against all liability for personal injury, sickness or death of a camper, their family, or their guest. This release and hold harmless provision hereby extend specifically to the negligence and/or negligent acts or omissions of the campground owner(s) or their employees. In addition, the camper hereby releases Camp A While LLC. from damage, injury, or loss inflicted by a camper on a third person and releases Camp A While LLC. from negligent acts or omissions by the campground owner or his employees.
