Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 31 days or more in advance of check-in date will incur a $35 processing fee.

Reservations cancelled between 15 and 31 days in advance of arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

Campers who check out early cancel the rest of their reservation; credits or refunds will not be granted for unused days.

Over-the-phone reservation cancellations will incur a $20 fee. To avoid these additional charges, please cancel online. This excludes cancellations for sites from multisite reservations, picnic pavilions, event spaces, and picnic area rentals.
