Refund Policy

Reservation refunds will be issued according to the following:

• More than 7 days prior to arrival will recieve 100% refund.
• 3-7 days prior to arrival will recieve a 50% refund.
• 1-3 days prior to arrival will recieve a 25% refund.
• A $5.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
• Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival and reservations labeled as 'No Show' will not be elligable for a refund.
