Refund Policy

I understand and agree that I am personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation at the time of book.  Camp Luna RV Park does not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Camp Luna RV Park's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

• A reservation that is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus a non-refundable $20 transaction fee.
• Cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue a refund for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited.
• A reservation cancelled less than 1 week prior to the arrival date; the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited.
• If cancellation happens after your first night, no refund.
