Cancellation Policy

Cancelation / Reservation POLICY

Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refunds and non-transferrable less than 30 days

No refunds for early departures and no shows.

Daily and Weekly reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require payment in full.

RV Sites Deposits & Cancellations

Daily: 1-7 Night Stay - $75 deposit due at time of reservation (will be applied to balance upon check in).            Cancellation more than 30 days $50 back

Weekly: 8-30 Night Stay - $250 deposit due at time of reservation (will be applied to balance upon check in).  Cancellation more than 30 days $150 back

Monthly*:31+Night Stay - $625 deposit due at time of reservation (will be applied to balance upon check in). Cancellation more than 30 days $300 back. *If you are an RV guest on a monthly stay (staying multiple months) and being billed monthly, automatic charge on your card is required. 14-day notice is required if you are leaving early.  Failure will result in a $500 Charge.

Cabins Deposits & Cancellations  (2 Night Minimum)

Daily 1-7 Night Stay -    $150 Deposit at time of reservation, $100 refundable deposit (due upon check in).        Cancellation more than 30 days $50 back

Weekly 8-30 Night Stay - $250 Deposit at time of reservation, $200 refundable deposit (due upon check in).   Cancellation more than 30 days $150 back

Monthly 31+ Night Stay - $700 Deposit at time of reservation, $200 refundable deposit (due upon check in).   Cancellation more than 30 days $300 back

*If you are Cabin guest on a monthly stay (staying multiple months) and being billed monthly, automatic charge on your card is required.  14-day notice is required if you are leaving early.  Failure will result in a $500 Charge.  **Deposits refunded within 7 days of departure less any damages or missing items.

Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require payment in full.
