"No Show" - No refund granted 

Late arrivals / Early departures - No refund granted 

RV/Tent Sites: If reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival and the reservation is for less than 14 days, an administration fee of $25.00 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Less the 7 days, advance payment will be forfeited. If the reservation is 14 days to 29 days you must cancel at least 30 days prior to your stay and will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Less the 30 days, advance payment will be forfeited. 

Extended stay ( Any month or longer ) : Cancellations must be made 91 days in advance of your arrival date- full refund less $150.00 cancellation fee. Less the 91 days, deposits may be pushed forward 1 year from original arrival date or will be forfeited.
