Camp Willow Outdoor Resort – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Camp Willow Outdoor Resort in Ten Mile, Tennessee! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, we have established the following rules and regulations. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with these guidelines, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive environment for everyone.

1. General Conduct:

   a. All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow campers, staff,

   and the environment.

   b. Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

2. Campsite Etiquette:

a. Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving.

   b. Do not damage or deface trees, plants, or any campground property.

   c. Keep campsites clean and dispose of trash in designated containers. A cleaning fee will be charged for any

    site that is left in poor condition.

3. Pets:

   a. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.

   b. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

   c. Refer to Camp Willow Outdoor Resort Pet Policy.

4. Safety and Security:

   a. Speed limit within the campground is 5 mph. Please drive cautiously and be aware of pedestrians.

   b. Emergency exits and evacuation procedures are posted throughout the campground. Familiarize yourself

  with these locations.

   c. In case of emergency, dial 911.

5. Facilities Usage:

a. Showers and restrooms are provided for guests. Please use them responsibly and report any issues to the camp office.

b. Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Alcohol and Substance Use:

   a. Alcohol consumption is allowed only at your campsite by those ages 21 and older. Beverages must

   be concealed.

   b. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

7. Quiet Hours:

   a. Respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

   b. Generators may only be operated during designated hours.

   c. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

8. Check-In/Check-Out:

   a. Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

   b. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.

   b. Ensure your campsite is clean and free of debris before departure.

9. Pool Rules:

   - The pool is open from 9am to dusk. Please adhere to these hours.

   - Diving is prohibited.

   - All guests must take a shower before entering the pool to maintain proper hygiene.

   - Running on the pool deck is not allowed to prevent slipping and accidents.

   - Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

   - Personal flotation devices and inflatable toys are allowed only if they do not disrupt others.

   - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents and injuries.

   - Only appropriate swim attire is permitted. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool.

   - For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

    - Consume food and beverages only in designated areas. No food or drinks are allowed on

      the pool deck.

    - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area.

    - No alcohol permitted on the pool deck or in the pool.

    - Weapons, sharp objects, and any other potentially harmful items are not allowed in the

    pool area.

    - In case of an emergency, contact the pool staff immediately. First aid supplies are available

     at the camp office.

    - In case of inclement weather, the pool may be temporarily closed. Follow the instructions of

    the pool staff for safety reasons.

    - The pool may be closed for maintenance or other reasons.

    -Please comply with any closure announcements.

10. Spa Rules: Only available with Camp Hut Rentals

   - Maximum Occupancy: 2

   - Overcrowding can compromise safety and comfort.

   -Shower Before Use: This helps maintain water quality and cleanliness.

   - Alcohol, drugs, and any other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited in the hot tub area.

   - Proper swim attire is required.

   - Street clothes, including denim, are not allowed in the hot tub.

   - Diving and jumping are not allowed in the hot tub to prevent injuries.

   - Keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the tranquility of the area.

   - Avoid loud conversations and use headphones for electronic devices.

   - Do not bring glass containers or any sharp objects into the hot tub area.

   - Personal belongings should be placed in designated areas.

    - Individuals with heart conditions, pregnant women, and those with open wounds or infections are advised

      not to use the hot tub.

    - If you have health concerns, please consult a physician before using the hot tub.

    - Please limit your hot tub session to [insert time limit] to allow others to enjoy the facility.

    - In case of an emergency, call 911.

    - The hot tub may be closed periodically for maintenance.

    - Please respect any closure notices and do not attempt to use the hot tub during these times.

    - Please remain in compliance with all posted signage

11. Mini Golf Rules:

   - Wait for the group ahead to clear the hole before starting.

   - Keep a safe distance from other players to avoid interference.

   - Stay on pathway.

   - Do not climb on or over obstacles.

   - Do not move any course features, including rocks, barriers, or signage.

   - Do not climb on statues.

   - Use the provided putters and golf balls only.

   - Do not swing putters dangerously or excessively.

   - Return all putters and balls to the attendee at the end of your game.

    - Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

    - Adults are responsible for the behavior of the children in their group.

    - In case of inclement weather, follow the instructions of the on-site staff for safety reasons.

    - Dispose of trash in designated bins to keep the course clean and beautiful.

12. Parks, Playgrounds and Common Areas:

   a. All patrons must be in compliance with any posted signage.

 b. Use of recreational facilities such as parks, pool, spas and playgrounds is at your own risk.

 c. Children must be supervised at all times.

13. Cancellation:

   a. The cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process and must be adhered to.

   b. Cancellation: 14 Days or more =$15 Cancellation Fee, Less than 14 days = Forfeit of one

  night rental equivalent.

14. Pet Policy: This Pet Policy is established by Camp Willow Outdoor Resort, to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests. This Policy applies to all individuals bringing pets onto the Camp Willow premises.

1. Pet Types and Limitations:

a. Only domesticated dogs and cats are permitted as pets.

b. The maximum number of pets per campsite is 2 (two).

c. Pets with aggressive behavior or a history of biting are not allowed.

2. Reservation Information:

a. Guests must inform Camp Willow of their intention to bring a pet when making a reservation.

b. A pet fee of $50.00 per reservation is applicable in all cabins and camp huts.

3. Leash and Containment:

a. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.

b. Pets should not be left unattended at the campsite.

4. Pet Waste Management:

a. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

b. Waste must be disposed of in designated pet waste receptacles.

5. Noise and Disturbances:

a. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturbances.

b. If a pet becomes a nuisance, the owner may be asked to relocate or leave the campground.

6. Pet-Friendly Areas:

a. Certain areas within Camp Willow may be designated as pet-friendly. Guests should adhere to posted signs indicating these areas.

b. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as restrooms, laundry facilities, or recreational buildings.

7. Health and Vaccinations:

a. Pets must be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations.

b. Owners may be required to provide proof of vaccinations upon request.

8. Liability and Damages:

a. Owners are solely responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.

b. Any damages to Camp Willow property caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

9. Camp Willow's Right to Refuse Entry:

a. Camp Willow reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet that may pose a threat to the safety or well-being of other guests.

b. Refusal to comply with the pet policy may result in cancellation without a refund.

*By bringing a pet to Camp Willow Outdoor Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Pet Policy.

15. Compliance and Enforcement:

   a. Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction from the campground without a refund.

   b. Camp Willow Outdoor Resort reserves the right to amend or modify these rules as necessary.

  

Camp Willow Outdoor Resort - Cabin Rental Rules and Regulations

1. Booking and Reservation:

a. Cabin reservations must be made in advance through the official Camp Willow Outdoor Resort booking system.

   b. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.

   c. Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

   a. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

   b. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

   c. Guests are required to check-in at the main office upon arrival.

3. Occupancy Limits:

   a. The maximum occupancy for each cabin is specified in the booking details and must not be exceeded.

   b. Additional guests may be allowed with prior approval, and extra charges may apply.

4. Age Requirements:

   a. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent a cabin.

   b. Proof of age may be required at check-in.

5. Cabin Care and Conduct:

   a. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and care of the cabin during their stay.

   b. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside cabins and huts. If smoking has been detected in a unit, an

   additional   cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.

   c. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specified otherwise. Pet-friendly cabins are available, and additional

    fees  apply.

   d. Excessive noise and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.

6. Security Deposit:

   a. A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages.

   b. The deposit will be refunded after the stay, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

7. Amenities and Facilities:

   a. Guests are expected to use all amenities and facilities responsibly and in accordance with posted rules.

   b. Any damage to resort property or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest.

8. Environmental Responsibility:

a. Guests are encouraged to practice environmental responsibility, including proper waste disposal and conservation of resources.

9. Emergency Procedures:

a. Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency procedures outlined in the cabin and adhere to any    instructions provided by resort staff.

   b. In case of emergencies, contact the resort office or dial emergency services.

10. Compliance with Laws:

   a. Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws during their stay.

11. Amenity Usage:

    a. All patrons must be in compliance with any posted signage.

 b. Use of recreational facilities such as spas, pool and playgrounds is at your own risk.

 c. Children must be supervised at all times.

12. Cancellation Policy:

   a. The cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process and must be adhered to.

   b. Cancellation: 14 Days or more =$15 Cancellation Fee, Less than 14 days = Forfeit of one

  night rental equivalent.

13. Right of Refusal:

   a. Camp Willow Outdoor Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

14. Changes to Rules and Regulations:

a. Camp Willow Outdoor Resort reserves the right to modify or update these rules and regulations. Guests will be informed of any changes.

 

By booking a cabin at Camp Willow Outdoor Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund. I understand and agree that Camp Willow Outdoor Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to any person, pet, guest, vehicle or other personal property. While staying at Camp Willow Outdoor Resort, you are agreeing to all the policies listed above. Policies and fees subject to change. Thank you for choosing Camp Willow Outdoor Resort.
