Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

• You may cancel your reservation at any time. Please refer to our refund policies to determine what extent you will be reimbursed you for your booking.
• Early departures or no-shows will be charged at the full applicable rate.
• Weather will not trigger a refund, unless conditions are determined to be unsafe by Campfire Ranch.

Refund Policy:

• You may book your stay at The Thelma Hut starting on August 1, 2025 for the 2025/2026 Winter Season.
• You may book your stay at The Thelma Hut starting on February 4, 2025 for the Summer 2025 season.
• Cancellations outside of 60 days from your arrival date will be refunded at 100% of your booking cost.
• Cancellations within 60 days of check-in date & time are nonrefundable.
• Cancellations after check-in are nonrefundable.
• Refunds are issued via the payment method you used when booking. No future hut credit is available unless provided in writing by Campfire Ranch staff.
