Any reservation made for over 15 consecutive days is 100% non-refundable 

Short term Reservations cancelled more than 15 days in advance of arrival will incur a $50 fee. 

Short term Reservations cancelled less than 15 days before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

Cabin reservation cancelled more than 21 days in advance of arrival will incur a $50 fee.

Cabin reservations cancelled less than 21 days in advance of arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
