TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

IMPORTANT TIMES

• QUIET TIME: 10 PM TO 8 AM

• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 2:00 PM - ANYONE ARRIVING BEFORE 2 PM WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 EARLY ARRIVAL FEE TO ACCESS YOUR SITE (IF AVAILABLE)- We do not have a staging area, if your site is not ready you will need to leave and come back at 2 pm.

  CHECK-OUT IS 12:00 PM (Noon).  GUESTS WHO FAIL TO VACATE THE PARK BY 12 PM WILL INCUR A $100.00 LATE CHECK-OUT FEE.  GUESTS WHO HAVEN'T VACATED THEIR SITE BY 2 PM WILL BE CHARGED OVERNIGHT FEES IN ADDITION TO THE LATE CHECK-OUT FEE. 

• All guests MUST be age 21 or older unless accompanied by a person 25 years of age or older.  All reservation holders are required to give the names of all overnight guests and day visitors (charges may apply)

• PLEASE RESPECT THE 7 MPH SPEED LIMIT.
• OFF-ROAD DRIVING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND OR ON THE BEACH.
• MOTORCYCLES AND OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
• ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED WITH LICENSED DRIVERS ONLY.
• WEAPONS, TOYS RESEMBLING WEAPONS, OR FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUND.
• DISCHARGING OF GRAY WATER ON THE GROUND IS PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.  PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALL WASTEWATER AT THE DUMP STATION.
• MINOR CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
• SLIDE-IN PICKUP CAMPERS MUST REMAIN ON THE TRUCK.
• ONLY ONE RV PER SITE.
• GAS-POWERED RADIO-CONTROLLED CARS AND AIRPLANES, AND ALL DRONES ARE PROHIBITED.
• DISORDERLY OR DISRESPECTFUL CONDUCT IS NOT ALLOWED.
• GUESTS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
• SLEEPING IN A VEHICLE IS ONLY ALLOWED IF IT HAS A ROOF AND WINDOWS ARE COVERED OR DEEPLY SHADED.
• USE OF 50 AMP POWER MAXIMIZER ADAPTERS IS PROHIBITED – THEY WILL DAMAGE OUR PEDESTALS.
• CAMP IN PREPARED SITES ONLY. NO OPEN AIR SLEEPING.
• PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TABLES OR FIRE PITS.
• BUILD YOUR CAMPFIRE IN FIRE PIT PROVIDED.
• GRILLS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. DO NOT LEAVE FIRES UNATTENDED. NO GROUND OR BEACH FIRES.
• PLEASE PLAY HORSESHOES IN PREPARED PITS OR ON BEACH, NOT IN CAMPSITES.
• PLEASE KEEP YOUR SITE CLEAN AND NEAT, WITH A MINIMUM OF OUTSIDE STORAGE.
• KEEP RADIO VOLUME LOW. IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR IT, IT’S TOO LOUD. PLEASE OBSERVE QUIET HOURS.
• QUIET GENERATORS PLEASE: GENERATORS CAN BE RUN DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
• 8:00 AM-10:00 AM, 12:00PM-1:00 PM, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
• PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS. 
• PLEASE DO NOT WALK THROUGH OTHER GUESTS CAMPSITES
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN COMMON AREAS.
• NO CANNABIS SMOKING IN PUBLIC VIEW OR WHERE IT IS DETECTIBLE BY OR OFFENSIVE TO OTHERS.
• NO SUBLETTING
• NO ONSITE SALES OF PRODUCTS OR GOODS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT

PET POLICIES

• YOUR PETS ARE WELCOME (EXCLUDING COTTAGE, RANCH HOUSE AND ALL CABINS WITH EXCEPTION OF 112 & 85). THERE IS A DAILY FEE PER DOG.
• WE HAVE TWO DOG PARKS FOR OFF-LEASH FUN. OTHERWISE, LEASH LAWS APPLY.
• PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. DOG POOP BAGS ARE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE PARK.
• CASINI RANCH BUILDINGS ARE OPEN TO HUMANS AND SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY.
• PETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE UP TO DATE ON THEIR LICENSE AND VACCINATIONS.
• PETS MAY BE TETHERED WITHIN YOUR SITE WHILE YOU ARE PRESENT.
• FOR SAFETY AND HAPPINESS, PETS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES.
• LOUD OR AGGRESSIVE DOGS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

TREE RULES - WE NEED YOUR HELP TO PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF THE PARK

• NO WOOD GATHERING.
• PLEASE DO NOT DEFACE, CUT, OR CLEAR TREES AND SHRUBS.
• PLEASE DO NOT FASTEN ANYTHING TO THE TREES; E.G. CLOTHELINES, DOG RUNS, HAMMOCKS, ETC.

COMMON SENSE REQUIRED. IN ITS ABSENCE, THE MANAGER’S RULE IS LAW. HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE!

AS THE RESERVATION HOLDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY UNDERSTANDS AND ADHERES TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A QUALITY EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE IN THE PARK, ALL CAMPGROUND RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

VIOLATORS OF THE RULES OF THIS CAMPGROUND MAY BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND AND/OR MAY BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES OR VIOLATION FEES

COVID AGREEMENT -

• The restroom facilities, including showers are open. Please bring your own personal care products, including but not limited to hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, etc. We ask that you remain aware of your surroundings and high traffic area touch points and encourage you to wash your hands frequently.

• We have re-opened our recreation rental equipment. The equipment “Boat Shack” will be open renting Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, bikes and the like. The golf carts will also be available to rent. We are following all sanitization procedures set forth by the CDC.

• Feel free to bring your own backyard/lawn recreation equipment such as corn hole, lawn darts, baseball equipment, football, basketball, gaga ball(s) volleyball, badminton; as our horseshoe pits, baseball field, basketball court, and volleyball areas remain open. Please also note that the playgrounds are open. 

We are asking that all guests take their own precautions to practice good hygiene, washing your hands on a regular basis and most importantly, before you touch your face or eat food. It is also required that you educate yourself with the current CDC guidelines as they will be strictly enforced in the park: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/get-your-household-ready-for-COVID-19.html

It is our continued hope and wishes that you and your families stay healthy, safe and protected over this sensitive time.

As the main reservation holder, I have read and understand the current CDC guidelines and acknowledge that I am required to abide by them and take responsibility for all guests in my party. As a guest of Casini Ranch Family Campground, I agree that failure to abide by the guidelines, will result in the eviction of myself and all guests in my party. In the event myself or someone in my party contracts COVID-19 while staying at Casini Ranch Family Campground, I release all liability/responsibility, release my rights to any and all litigation, and promise not to pursue legal action against Casini Enterprises or its employees.

PHOTO RELEASE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT:

I hereby grant Casini Enterprises Inc., its representatives and employees, permission to use and/or publish photographs or videos of myself in print and/or electronically.  I understand recognize and agree that these materials will become the property of Casini Enterprises Inc. and will not be returned.  I hereby authorize Casini Enterprises Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing their programs or for any other lawful purpose.  In addition, I relinquish my rights to any compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or videos.  I release and discharge Casini Enterprises Inc. from any and all claims arising out of use of the photos or videos for any lawful purpose such as for publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. Additionally, I give Casini Enterprises Inc, and its agents and employees, the irrevocable and unlimited right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken by me, or members of my family, for the use of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release Casini Enterprises Inc. and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during discussion, interview or other communication, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction or limitation. I waive my right to any compensation. In the case of minors, Casini Enterprises Inc. has my permission to use photo or video of my child or legal custody with all the permissions outlined above.  I understand that the images  may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. 

THE FINE PRINT:

THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY. MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR CAMPING PARTY ARISING OUT OF USE OF ITS FACILITIES. CAMPERS, RENTERS, AND ALL OTHER USERS OF THIS PROPERTY ARE LIABLE FOR ALL PROPERTY DAMAGE. CAMPING VEHICLES MUST BE OF SUITABLE APPEARANCE, MEET ALL MANUFACTURER’S STANDARDS, AND BE CURRENTLY LICENSED.

NOTICE: PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 799.20, ET SEQ., A RECREATION VEHICLE MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT JUDICIAL HEARING AFTER THE SERVICE OF  A 72 HOUR NOTICE, IF THE OCCUPANT WHO HAS BEEN IN THE PARK 30 DAYS OR LESS, HAS EITHER: (1) FAILED TO PAY FOR HIS/HER OCCUPANCY IN THE PARK, OR (2) FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE PARK’S RULES AND REGULATIONS.  NO LONG TERM TENANCY. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Casini Enterprises shall not be held liable or responsible to the other party nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement to the extent, and for so long as, such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party including but not limited to fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war (whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, insurrections, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances, acts of God or acts, omissions or delays in acting by any governmental authority or the other party.

ALL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES MUST BE RVIA CERTIFIED

**Beach is first come first serve. No unattended popups, towels, inflatables, watercraft, chairs, tents etc. Pick your items up daily.

Quiet generators only. Generator hours are 8:00AM - 10:00AM / 12:00PM - 1:00PM / 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION RULES

**NO MOTORIZED ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWED

Electric Golf Carts & Such

• Golf carts may only be operated during daylight hours by licensed drivers 21 years of age or older.

• Maximum 4 occupants in Casini Rental Carts

• Seat belts must be worn by the driver and all passengers whenever operating Casini Rental Carts.

• No persons operating a golf cart shall be under the influence of alcohol.

• Carts may only be driven on the roads of Casini Ranch Family Campground. No reckless or off road driving is allowed. Please stay off lawns, walkways, berms and beaches.

• All persons operating electric vehicles must comply with the 7 MPH speed limit.

Electric Motorcycles, Scooters, Bikes, Mopeds, Etc.

• All minors 17 and under must be supervised by an adult while operating any electric vehicle (must be 21 for golf carts or similar sized electric vehicles). Daylight hours only.

• No persons operating an electric vehicle shall be under the influence of alcohol.

• Electric vehicles may only be driven on the roads of Casini Ranch Family Campground. No reckless or off road driving is allowed. Please stay off lawns, walkways, berms and beaches.

• All persons operating electric vehicles must comply with the 7 MPH speed limit.

RC Cars and Boats

• Only electric powered RC cars and boats allowed

• RC cars and boats must be operated in remote locations with no disturbance to other guests.

• RC cars and boats must not disturb natural vegetation, landscape or waterways.

• RC cars and boats must be operated safely and responsibly.

• The use of drones, RC airplanes and helicopters etc. is strictly prohibited.

**Failure to comply with park rules or alternative transportation rules may result in forfeiture of your operating privileges or eviction from the park without refund.

CONDITIONS AND EXTRA CHARGES ON ALL SITE TYPES

• *Prices subject to change due to County Tourism Taxes

• All guests MUST be age 21 or older unless accompanied by a person 25 years of age or older.

  -Holiday nightly minimums supersede regular nightly minimums-

• 2 night minimum on weekends (May 1st-Oct 31st)

• 2 night minimum on Cottages & Ranch House (year round)

• 2 night minimum on Ranch Wagons, Cabins and Canvas Tent (year round)

• 2 night minimum on New Years, Easter and Veterans Day

• 3 night minimum on Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving

• Extra Person (18 yrs & up) -- $20 ($22 holiday & July) + tax Per Person per night.

• Extra Children (8 - 17 yrs) -- $10 ($12 holiday & July) + tax Per Person Per Night

• 4 Legged Children (Dogs) -- $5 Per Day

• Maximum Adults By Site Occupancy --

  • Site Max Occupancy 6 = 4 Adults

  • Site Max Occupancy 8 = 5 Adults

  • Site Max Occupancy 10 = 6 Adults

• Additional Picnic Tables -- $15 Each

• Mobile Fire Pit Rental -- $25 Each

• Fire Pit Removal -- $50 fine

• Refundable Security Deposits - All lodging sites require a damage/security deposit.

• Property Damage -- Your credit card may be charged for any damage done to our property including but not limited to: picnic tables (up to $250); fire pits (up to $150); trees, shrubs and other vegetation; septic spills or other hazardous waste; removal of trash or debris left behind; damage to landscape; damage to buildings; damage to vehicles etc.

• Additional RV’s are allowed on the group or mini group sites for a one-time $20 charge per RV (limited to max RV occupancies)

• RV Sites must be occupied by an RV with the exception of sites 2, 6, F-1 & F-20, which can accommodate tents only. Only one RV per RV site (state law) plus one tent allowed (occupancy fees may apply)

• All reservation changes (date, site, etc.) are subject to a $17.10 service charge.

• Late Check Out - If you would like a late check out, please talk to the Reservation Check-in Booth staff to see if an accommodation can be made. Otherwise, you may be subject to a $100 fine if you do not vacate the park by 12:00 pm on the day of your departure. If you do not vacate your site by 2 pm, you may be subject to overnight fees in addition to the late check out fee and you may be removed by law enforcement if necessary. Please do not go to the beach parking lot after check out.

• Early Arrival - Please do not arrive before the 2 pm check in time. There is a $50 fee for early arrival if your site is avaialble. Otherwise, since we have no staging area, you will be asked to leave the park and return at the correct time.

• Day Use: Winter (Nov 1 - Apr 30) - $7.00 per person (holiday $14 per person). Summer (May 1 - Oct 31) - $14.00 per person (2 years and under - free). Pet fees apply. When park max occupancy is reached day use will be closed. Day Use hours are 8:00am to dusk.

• Day Visitors: You may have friends and family visit your site for the day (8am - dusk) as long as you don’t exceed the maximum site capacity. All visitor vehicles must be in overflow parking. There is a $7 charge per person for day use visitors. Pet fees apply. Any visitors staying past dusk will be charged overnight fees.

• Complementary 2 Hour Visitor Pass: From Nov 1st - Apr 30th (excluding holidays), a free 2 hour pass can be given to your guests who are here for a quick visit (daylight hours only).

  Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations received for Tent and RV sites: 8 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) of arrival are subject to a $28.50 early cancellation fee; 7 days or less results in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee.

• Cancellations received for Cabins or Canvas Tent: 15 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) are subject to a $28.50 early cancellation fee; 14 days or less result in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee. 

• Cancellations received for Ranch Wagons, Cottages and Ranch House: 30 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) are subject to a $28.50 early cancellation fee. Received 29 or less results in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee.   

• Reschedule option: There is a one time reschedule option ($15 + tax) in lieu of the $28.50 early cancellation fee. Must be done prior to nonrefundable cancellation date.

• Cancellations for Mini Group sites received 30 days prior: $50 + tax service charge.

• Cancellations for Group sites received 30 days prior: $75 + tax service charge.

• Group cancellations received 29 days or less: Results in forfeiture of entire deposit + taxes and booking fee.   

• No refunds after check-in.
