Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for any cancellation, whether it be a reschedule or refund. • If cancelled and request to reschedule, the reservation must be used in the current year originally booked. This is a one-time reschedule allotment without a charge. If there is a second reschedule, there will be a charge for one day of the reservation. • If cancelled and request for a refund, receive a refund minus a $30 charge ($25 cancellation fee and $5 reservation fee).

Reschedule/Refund Policy:

Reschedules: Reservations can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice without penalty.

If less than a 24-hour notice is given, you will forfeit one (1) night of that reservation.

Refunds: Requires 24-hour notice. A refund is not given for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures, no-shows.
