Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS or Changes to Cabin Rentals must be made 3 weeks or more prior to reservation date to receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 20 to 14 days or less prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days will receive no refund. 

CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES to your RV Site reservation must be made 2 weeks (14 days) or more prior to your arrival to receive a full refund minus a $15 cancelation fee. 

CANCELLATIONS made 13 to 3 days (13 days) prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.

There is NO REFUND for CANCELLATIONS made after 72 hours of planned arrival.

NO REFUNDS FOR RV, TENT SITE, OR CABIN RENTAL FOR UNDESIRABLE WEATHER. No refund for early departure.

Stays over 21 days must be approved by management.
