CEDAR LODGE CAMPGROUND RULES

Welcome! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:

CHECK-OUT TIMES

- Campground Guests: 12:00 PM

- Cabin Guests: 10:00 AM

QUIET TIME

- Enforced Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

PARKING & VEHICLES

- Speed limit: 5 MPH - Children at play!

- One vehicle allowed per site.

- All additional vehicles, trailers, boats, and utility trailers must be parked in overflow parking. Fees may apply - please check with the office.

- No refunds for early departures. Full payment is required at check-in.

- Site occupancy limit: 6 guests max, unless otherwise stated.

ATVS & DIRTBIKES

- Use for ingress/egress only. No recreational riding allowed.

- Must be operated by licensed drivers.

SUPERVISION & SAFETY

- Children must be supervised at all times. Parents/guardians are fully responsible.

- Curfew for minors aligns with quiet hours.

VISITORS

- Must be pre-approved through the office.

- All guests must vacate the park by 9:00 PM.

FIRES & BBQs

- Fires must be contained in designated fire rings. No open flames or ground fires.

- Only 1 fire ring allowed per site. Excess equipment will be removed.

CLEANLINESS & PETS

- Keep your site clean. Leave picnic tables where found.

- Pets must be leashed, attended, and cleaned up after.

- Unattended pets or those creating hazards may incur a $100 fine or be removed.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

- No firearms, fireworks, or illegal substances allowed.

FINAL NOTE

- Cedar Lodge is a family-friendly environment. Disruptive behavior or violations may result in eviction without refund.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I understand that camping carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may not be reasonably foreseeable.

I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, or death.

I am a willing member and by signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cedar Lodge Motel & RV Park as well as all its employees, agents, representatives, members, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my patronage.
